Understairs by Giobella Anmeldelser

Great experience with understairs from start to finish. Tony was very proffesional when providing a quote and survey. Reassured me the work could be done after being let down by another company because they didn’t do storage with floor to ceiling walls. understairs didn’t see this as a problem and quoted me for less!
Paul the fitter was great and professional throughout the installation, couldn’t recommend enough. Helped us with great storage space!

DREADFULL SERVICE DO NOT USE ...

I am writing to formally complain about my experience with your company regarding under-the-stairs storage paid a deposit in OCTOBER 2025 .

I initially contacted you after being promised a full service, including an on-site meeting, design drawings, available pattern options, and a full cost breakdown. After this initial contact, I heard nothing further for over six weeks. During that time, I had to chase your company several times just to secure an on-site visit.

Following the visit, I was again promised drawings, design ideas, and full pricing details. Despite this, I have received zero response since, despite further attempts to contact you.

At this stage, the complete lack of communication and failure to deliver on repeated promises is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I have allowed more than enough time for a response and have made every reasonable effort to engage with your business.

Due to this ongoing lack of contact, I am now proceeding with a formal complaint and will be escalating this matter further unless I receive a clear response immediately

Absolutely thrilled with our fitted under-stairs storage from Giobella. From start to finish, the whole process was quick, efficient, and perfectly accommodated our time frame.
Tony was lovely when he first came out to measure—professional, friendly, and very clear in explaining the whole process, which instantly put us at ease.

A huge thank you must go to Adam, the incredible fitter. He worked with a particularly tricky space that included an awkward pipe, and he genuinely went above and beyond to turn it into a fully usable, beautifully finished storage area. His attention to detail and problem-solving were outstanding.

The end result has completely transformed what was previously wasted space, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Giobella to anyone considering under-stairs storage—exceptional service and craftsmanship throughout.

Really pleased with our recent Understair storage installation carried out by Adam. From initially meeting Tony to completion and installation was very simple and hassle free.
Adam was here for a full day ensuring the install was completed to the highest standards and he ensured the area was clean afterwards.
We highly recommend this company you won’t be disappointed.

Love our new understairs storage, so much more space and it looks great. Thanks to Adam for fitting it, he did a great job.

We needed storage in our new build and had asked our bedroom fitter but he pointed us in the direction of a specialist company. Spoke to Tony and visited the showroom and decided it was for us after looking at reviews. On the day, Adam fitted the storage and what a pleasant, hard working man he is. We are so impressed with the end product and it looks great.

Great service and communication from everyone who I dealt with.
Finished product looks brilliant, Adam was great on installation day too.

Adam was spot on got straight on with the job and was a good guy.
Ensuring I was happy with the job and left the area spotless.

Really happy with the result!

Adam was brilliant - the furniture was well planned and super lovely. Adam worked so hard and so diligently - everything works and looks like a dream !!

Highly recommend

Excellent service throughout from survey to installation. Friendly people who are thoroughly professional. Prepared to travel and Paul put in a 12 hour shift to install in one day. Incredible and perfect. The quality of the finish by Nick was outstanding.

Absolutely love our storage and at last a door we don’t have to crawl through!
We have so much storage. They were fantastic from start to finish. The planning and showing us different ideas and finishes to the installation by Adam who was prompt ans never stopped all day!

We chose Understairs as they were recommended by someone on our street who had theirs done. From initial measure up to finished product, everything was brilliant. Paul and Adam were great, what a credit to the company, professional, polite and friendly.

absolute first class service to visiting Nick in the showroom the seamless booking of the job at a day to suit us,to the measure up and the fitting and quality of finishing was top notch we are over the moon with the results highly recommend, paul the fitter was polite and respectful of our home
once again could not recommend enough the service by nick and his team.

From start to finish, a very proffesional and helpful service. The design and installation accommodated my specific requirements. The fitter Adam was excellent and carried out the installation to a very high standard. I am very impressed with the product and the overall look and installation.

Experience from beginning with Tony was brilliant bringing various samples of finishes and explaining the process to us. Tony got in touch in the days leading up to the fitting day to check in which was reassuring not having to chase up that things were still good to go ahead. Our fitter Adam came today who was very friendly and again explained things to us as he went along which was much appreciated. We are over the moon with the final product and couldn’t be more grateful to all of the team at Giobella, thank you guys!

Great service, ordered online then Tony came and measured up with samples.paid bulk then. Good comms regarding fitting. Adam arrived to fit and spent nearly two day, lovely man who was exceptional at his craft. Overall really pleased with the quality of the product and service. One negative was that I ordered a shoe rack but Adam pointed out that it wasn't suitable for my drawer so was a waste of money that Tony should have pointed out to me when I ordered it.

I’m really pleased with my understairs storage. It looks amazing. The company is easy to deal with and flexible. The website gives you clear information and provides costs based on what you choose. Adam, the installer, was excellent. He worked very hard, cleaned up well and did a great job.

Just had my shoe drawers fitted. Adam was absolutely amazing. The space under the stairs had no floor so Adam went above and beyond and fitted one. No bother and no extra cost. His workmanship and professionalism are second to none. He protected the floor and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend. A great experience from planning to fitting.

Today I had my understairs storage fitted by Adam. He was highly professional and clearly knows his craft, with excellent attention to detail. Top-class work. It is always impressive to see someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. 👏
Many thanks also to Tony for the well-organised process. He even responded to my questions while abroad on holiday, which deserves real respect. 👍
Overall, a great experience with a great company.
