I got exactly what I ordered and they listened to my request of not getting certain colour which was great! I absolutely love everything that I got!
With the new production and people there I do hope waiting times are not as long, that’s the only thing I noticed. They do send lots of updates and emails keeping people updated and in the know to what’s happening, like contests and new products!

Company is great at keeping in touch every step of the way, super descriptive about the products feel and customization is amazing. Wasn’t a fan of the super soft squishyness I chose for my toy but I will know for next time because the craftsmanship is amazing.

excellent customer service, responsive and helpful

will buy again when new toys I like get released

The quality and feeling of the products is truly amazing and the customer service is exceptional!! I would really recommend buying your unique and wonderful toys here :)

Product was better than expected, and concerns were addressed promptly. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

After a little problem on one of the product, the customer service was absolutly fantastic, and the overral quality of the product is also fantastic !

I placed an order right after the holidays so I expected a delay. I received an email almost weekly letting me know they hadn’t forgot about me but were just super busy.
I appreciate that kind of communication.
The products I received were a wonderful addition to my collection.

Excellent website, easy to order the toys, fabulous craftsmanship, frequent status updates on the creative process and shipping tracking too.

Amazing product and service! Looking forward to my future purchases as well. Even the ahipping overeas was reasonable and arrive in great time considering I live in Canada. What a wonderful overall exerience!

Love the seller/buyer communication. They're really awesome.

Possibly the easiest 5 stars I've ever given! Absolutely wonderful company to deal with, customer service is quite frankly unbelievably good! Any issues, questions or general chit chat is no issue whatsoever! We had quite a big order and it arrived a lot faster than expected despite their busy period! All of them are of fantastic quality and wonderful items! Could not recommend enough!

The high quality of the toy shows that Uncover Creations takes great pride in their work. Their customer service is excellent—helpful, patient, empathetic and friendly. Most of my orders came from the U.K. to the U.S. without a hitch, but I did have an item missing once. I reached out and got a free replacement within a week. Uncover Creations makes sure that you get what you paid for!

I've purchased from them a few times and the experience is always great! Despite living across the pond, my order arrives pretty dang fast. They are great at keeping you up to date on what's going on with your order! Their newsletter is also actually great to read and gets a laugh out of me all the time.
The products themselves are high quality and worth the price! I have yet to regret a single purchase.

The company really delivers; the toys are great, the customer service even better. If I had to choose only one company to get my sex toys from, it would be from uncover creations

Ordered from them during a black Friday sale, and I mean *SALE*. I was far from the only one! They informed me promptly that they got a bit busy with all the orders and that it could take longer. Still didnt take as long as I expected! Information was often provided, shipping 'cheap' (for an overseas package to the EU), quick and super hassle free.

And once again got a wonderful and pleasant addition to the collection! And the incl. Free xsmall is always a fun surprise!

The products they have are amazing and I've never been disappointed. It's worth paying a little more for the quality. The only negative thing I have to say is how they word their marketing, it's quite cringe and exhausting reading an email like it's written by some 15 year old with an attitude.

This company is amazing they not only have top quality toys but also donated some to our event!!!!

Uncover creations has consistently delivered high quality products and always checks in to make sure that it is perfect. Thank you so much, I will continue to buy from them as I know I am getting good quality.

Despite being in the US, my black friday order came faster than things within the US I ordered at the same time.

The products are amazing quality and the service couldn't be better. You can tell this company is run by people who care. I do wish most of their products were bigger, as they cap out at what a lot of sites consider medium. The ones I did order however are exceptional and I couldn't be happier with them.
