Uncover Creations Anmeldelser

Absolutely loved my purchase from Uncover Creations. I have wanted to buy stuff from them for awhile and im so glad I have. The material used are very comfortable, durable and extremely easy to clean, the items came in very discrete packaging and when I placed a second order they were really helpful and combined both orders. Will definitely buy more from them in the future.

The products were well made, the colours are stunning and the customer service is excellent.

Products were amazing and came in perfect condition, customer service was quick and helpful, and I had an overall positive and efficient experience! No complaints!

What little contact I've had with their customer service was quite good. The products are good quality. If I had to give a point of criticism...a size guide per toy would be a ncie addition to their site though...

Everything was shipped to me quickly, I had tons of ways to reach out if I needed too, and I’m very happy with what I received. The products themselves were made very well, discreet packaging and I didn’t have to pay an import fee to have them shipped from the UK to Canada. Overall very good.

This company makes great adult toys. Each and every order goes through an intense quality assurance program to make your investment top of the line. Currently, every order comes with a free extra small toy. They also hold contests to design and vote on new toys to be added to their offerings.

Used this site twice now, easy to navigate, customised toys, delivered quickly, discreetly and high quality. Satisfaction guarantee😜

Very good customer service, frequent shipping updates and helpful information about the production timeline of creating a custom item.

Really well designed platinum silicone toys and accessories that include a variety of options that allow you to get what works best for you. A small business that pours each toy by hand, and provides consistently outstanding customer service with the personal touch from limited staff who really know their products. And ships internationally with reasonable rates and delivery times.

First of all, their website is easy to navigate, the products are gorgeous, the shipping was way faster than I expected, the quality is excellent and their emails are cracking me up ✨ second of all, I love all the different designs and sizes on the toys, as well as the fact they're customizable. I'm talking color, firmness, additions! They have a lot of great offers too, like a free mystery dildo or sometimes they have buy one, get two, or the customization is free, which is great! I definitely recommend them if you're into fantasy toys ❤️

Service was great had no issues whatsoever

Unique designs, well made products, and fabulous customer support. All the stars!

Their product and it's execution was perfect.
Even as german customs threw me for a loop, by demanding duty on a duty pre paid product, they quickly refunded the amount with a cheerful email.
Love it!

Absolutely amazing quality toys, reasonably priced too! shipping was about a week faster than expected! highly recommend, definitely adding more to my collection soon

I had ordered a marble custom, the color option starts at £15 extra. This covered a solid color so I paid an extra £5 to get the glow option, and an extra £5 for another solid color that would look nice with the glow.

What I received is almost entirely solid color with two tiny spots of glow at the bottom. Like the dregs of silicone from another pour. Ugly pours like this usually don't make it past quality control and get sold as flops in other stores.

Since I had already opened the packaging I am unable to return it, there was no warnings on the packaging that stated opening it would revoke my right to do so. To compensate they offered a voucher for color options on my next purchase. There wont be a next purchase.

Update:
Seller said if I deleted this review they would send a 2 color replacement. 3 colours is seemingly too challenging to pour with artistic intent despite offering it as a service , it's also not what I paid for and pointless given I am already stuck with the first toy. They then offered a full refund, still only if I removed this review. Covering up a bad review is all this store cares about, not the laughable quality toys they're putting out.
This review will be staying up, your customers deserve to know what they're in for; toys made with no care whatsoever. Buy anywhere else.

Post-Reply Update: I don't know what they mean by the refund is yours because they still haven't refunded me.

I was going to order an oni grinder i saw from TikTok, but.. Changed my mind last moment. They were very nice, immediately cancelled, and refunded my money! I was sooo anxious about it, but it went as smooth as butter.

Product was perfect, and perhaps even more importantly - the team are approachable, kind, and responsive. Honestly the best customer service i think I've ever come across.

Clear and easy ordering, lots of fun options, good communication about make time and shipping time. Straightforward and affordable shipping to the US. And just really fun products. It was the first time I ordered a custom toy like this and it ended up so pretty

Products are great, but what's more important to me (since other companies with good products do exist) is the interaction I had with the people at UC themselves. As part of my order I had a mystery item, which btw, free mystery item in the order? Amazing promotion, was definitely part of why I chose them.
However there were some items I could get that I wouldn't be able to use, and that would just be a waste. So i told them what was up in the order note and not only did they accommodate it they actually sent something that fit my concerns better than what id have picked out for myself! 10/10 recommend
