The most maddening experience
This has been the most maddening experience: we ordered a mattress from this company months ago, and we've now been chasing them for nearly a month and they don't seem to know where the item is (how can you lose a MATTRESS?) or when they might be able to deliver it to us. It is absolutely impossible to talk to a person to solve this issue, and we just keep going through loops. It's been months. It's exhausting and the exact opposite of what the goal of this purchase (a nice, luxurious, relaxing mattress) was intended to be.

Great Mattress but...
The mattress itself is fabulous and the ordering experience was fine. However, the web site listed "Delivery in 1-2 days" but elsewhere on the website a quote of 3-4 weeks is found. Why I cannot give more than 3 stars is the futility experienced in getting anything like an order status update. The AI customer service phone algorithm was useless, and there was no way to send an email or talk to a human. If there was actually a problem that needed sorting, good luck. Eventually a shipping company notice appeared after about 3 weeks with a delivery that we assumed was from Una. As stated, the mattress is fabulous and easy to set up and use.
Horrible
First of all, it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone from your company.
After finally getting in contact, I was informed that someone would come to pick up the mattress. The agreed day arrived, but unfortunately, as expected, no one showed up.
I paid a significant amount of money for this mattress, and it does not meet the expected quality or my needs. At this point, I am unable to get any response regarding the return, which is very disappointing.
I kindly request that you contact me immediately to arrange the pickup and resolve this matter without further delay. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be forced to consider other steps
Great upgrade to my futon
My futon that was too hard but good quality is now perfect with the una topper! So far (after 2 nights) i'm loving the experience!
Poor communication after approved return
I purchased a mattress under Una’s 100-night trial. Unfortunately, the mattress had severe motion transfer and was not suitable for us, so I requested a return within the trial period.
Una confirmed by email that they would collect the mattress. I provided my availability multiple times, but after that they stopped responding. No collection date has been arranged and no refund has been issued.
I have repeatedly tried to resolve this directly but have been ignored. As a result, I am left unable to move forward and purchase a replacement mattress.
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through once a return was approved.

Versigo GmbH
After many problems with delivery, caused by DHL, I have finally received the shipment. DHL never attempted any delivery, they provided incorrect tracking numbers that did not show anything and then sent my shipments back to the sender without informing me. There were problems with communication from Versigo GmbH, my emails started coming back to me as "undelivered", but in the end I received an answer from the director Adrian, who arranged that my shipment was send again to me, with some discount. He explained that they had some issues with the email system causing some emails not be delivered to me or from me to them which caused a lot of misunderstanding. The mattress, pillow and blanket look good, but I have not used it yet, so I cannot evaluate it yet.

Should be zero stars, horrendous. Terrible chemical smell on mattress topper, made me ill. Chat bot Lucy spews out same message over and over. Trading standards now assisting me.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! The last decent review was back in early November and even that noted the mattress took three weeks to arrive.
I ordered a topper at the end of November with a stated delivery time of 10 - 14 days. When it still hadn't arrived two weeks after that I started to reach out. I sent several messages over several days and received no reply until I sent one asking to cancel the order and that if that did not happen I would be cancelling via PayPal.
For those that don't know a company is breaking their contract with you when failing to meet their stated timeframes, and in that case the buyer has the right to withdraw.
This got a reply from Una but a generic 'your parcel is on the way' with no acknowledgement of my request to cancel so I opened a case with PayPal. This garnered a response confirming the cancellation of my order and assuring me that a full refund had been issued.
I took this with a pinch of salt but waited 5 working days. Surprise surprise no refund - so I have escalated the case with PayPal.
This morning I received delivery notice from DPD! My emails to Una asking for this to be cancelled have failed to send suggesting emails have been turned off? I will have to refuse delivery at the door when frankly delivery drivers are having a hard enough time as it is.
Most of this is just annoying and poor practice but to explicitly state that an order has been cancelled and a refund offered when it has not is actively fraudulent. Do not buy from this company - or if you do make sure to use a credit card or PayPal for protection.
No commnunication at all
It's been well over a month since I ordered and I cannot get in contact with the company at all. Phone line rings out (as others have said), they don't respond to the web form or email. How anyone can give this a positive review is beyond me, the warranty would clearly be worthless, if you even receive your product!

Quailty mattress
The mattress itself is of excellent quality as is the cover; what lets the Compant down is their UK support which is very very hit and miss to say the least hence a 1 star reduction as its not vreally acceptable
Delivery took around 6 weeks which included the Christmas break
The products are made in Germany; I suspect the UK doesnt represent a major part of their operation
To call the operation a scam is ridiculous there are lots of positive reviews on their website; the mattress is pretty much odourless, the cover needs a day or so to air as it is treated for fire retardancy.
Despite communication issues its the quality of the product that stands out are and I am very pleased indeed.
Worst company existing in the UK
Ordered mattress on 21 November. Was told to expect delivery within 10-15 working days.
They did not deliver within this timeframe.
Then came Christmas and New Year holidays. Delayed again.
After countless emails, the mattress has STILL not been delivered. To be clear, almost approaching TWO MONTHS from the date of order.
They do NOT answer calls any more. No chat either. No response to callbacks.
When you email, you will get a standard response saying that you will get your order shortly. Do not believe them.
Deal with this company if you want to risk your money, have frustratingly months long futile waiting.
Absolutely the worst company in existence in the UK (and that is saying something)!
Either they are going to get sued or go under bankruptcy again (and well deserving too).

I contact American Express and filed for chargeback. This is a good way to penalize the company.
If you contact your credit card company and file for chargeback, then you will get your money back (including if you paid any interest on this purchase AND they charge Una a penalty for chargeback processing. Which they well deserve)!
Weeks delays one everything with this company
Ordered mattress end of October. I finally emailed them to cancel order because by mid December it still wasn’t there. They ignored my email and sent it out c I refused delivery. We are nearly in mid January and my refund is still not here. They confirmed they recieved their mattress back (after weeks delay of them not responding) and that they will give a refund. But again refund is taking double the time they stated it would come and is still not here.

its pretty basic really. you order an item, they deliver it. well 6 weeks in and all I get is the runaround for an item said to be delivered in 10-14 working days. not looking good. emails now ignored. They did pick up the phone on the the 10th to be told pillow will go out this week, it didnt of course. oh and told emails getting lost probably due to new ai email system lol.

the pillow did eventually turn up. however it had no labelling on it as required by law to say what materials and fillers were used and the actual label is the mattress cover. very strange company and product. the filling is some of the poorest shredding i have seen. no idea what it is though it does have the consistency of latex. but without an actual label i wouldnt trust this.
Is Una a legit company or are they scammers
I can see a reason why the company went under the first time and with the current attitude to service delivery I wont be surprised if it goes that way again. I have sent them email multiple times and there have been no response. The number on their website when called drops your call. Right now, I cant tell if I have been scammed, because this is the MO of scammers they take your money and stop responding to you.
We ordered our mattress six weeks ago
We ordered our mattress six weeks ago, and still haven't received it. The phone rings out, and no one is responding to our emails. We just sent another email today, stating that if they don't respond, we will claim our money back via a credit card.
Almost 6 weeks and no delivery
Very poor communication and misleading website.
It clearly says delivery in 10-14 working days on the website but it is actually time to manufacture the mattress + 14 working days (or more as I still don't have an update from them) for the mattress to arrive to the UK from Germany + a DPD delivery time...
Ordered the mattress on the 29th of October and I am still waiting for it...
I will never buy from them again.
A superb quality, adjustable, organic mattress...
Delivery was overly long for such a comparatively straightforward item (three weeks delivery).
This organic latex mattress is superb. The quality is first class and the novel concept of creating two different comfort levels in the one mattress (to suit two different sleepers) is very good.
The constant gassing-off of 'Memory foam' is a huge worry for me, but with this Organic Latex there is none of that - zero fumes and it is all organic too.
So... this is a superb quality mattress, organic, with zero chemicals, and which is fully adjustable to sleeper's weight and comfort needs.

Good mattress
Good mattress. We love that it is made of natural materials. The customer service was good - the woman with whom I spoke explained in detail all the materials involved in the making and how it is delivered in the UK. It was easy to put it together once delivered.
