I ordered the 250th anniversary license…
I ordered the 250th anniversary license plate frame on 6-6-26 and have not received it yet. I tried calling customer support and 5 times the recording wanted me to SPELL my email address, then the recording would attempt to spell it back and got it WRONG every time. My patience is running thin, why can’t I speak to a REAL person?

Ordered the 250 anniversary ball cap. Very delayed, so sent an email to their customer support address given in the site. No reply. Sent at least 6 emails. Never a response. Then all of a sudden tracking says it was delivered. It wasn't. Never received. No communication. Learned my lesson. Never again. Beware!!

I had some problems with the delivery…
I had some problems with the delivery of my package. Since it came from over seas there was a mix up on the package coming to the USA. I couldn't do anything on my end. So I had the sender check into it. they were able to find out what went wrong and got it straightened out. I did finally get the package and was very satisfied with my order. I really thank them for helping me get the package.

It was great in that it finally arrived in time for the 250th. It did take a long time to arrive but when it did everything was in good working order. I was completely satisfied. The best thing about it was the customer service. Staff was very helpful and kind and kept me informed of the shipment progress. All and all I am very satisfied. Thank you.

I hit 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. This company is the worse ever. My husband ordered 5 commemorative caps and this company took his money and never sent him his order.
