Customer service is why I gave a 5 star rating. Molly was very helpful and worked on my issues until resolved. I ordered 2 different items and they both were delivered to the city where I live in the normal 30 day shipping from China, but was never delivered. She requested both items again and had them expedited shipping. I received both in 12 days. Products were good quality.

Their representative responded immediately with a helpful suggestion how to fix them, which worked. For my inconvenience, I was given a partial refund. I had ordered the Enchanted witch garden wind spinner For a birthday gift it took up to three weeks to receive and when I received it it came in a 12 x 12” box which was so misleading from the website. The website makes it look like it’s Stands 2 to 3 feet tall and when I received it it came in a 12” x 12“ box. I have contacted Customer Service on how to return and get full refund. Been attempting doing this for almost 3 weeks now and I get no response. I would not ever order from this company ever again. Their website is misleading and their product is shit. Now I’m without a birthday gift.

This is a follow up to a 1-star review left previously concerning the 250th birthday ball cap. Kudos to Olivia in Customer Service for her efforts and willingness to "make things right". The replacement hat arrived today. The white lettering is as the picture showed and is very nice. The eagle wings, however, are blue on a blue hat and do not show except when sun is hitting the hat directly. I am not looking for a replacement - just disappointed in the workmanship. Seems that is something that should be noticed by whoever is doing the embroidery.

Horrible products and distrustful customer service
The item the company sent me was absolute junk. They purposefully misrepresented the item and are refusing to refund. After ten emails saying I want to return for a full refund they are saying that I have to send back to China and may not be compensated based on the condition of the item. I do not trust them not to lie and say they never received it or it was broken etc. They are setting me up not to refund my money.

I have not received a package that I…
I have not received a package that I placed in May. I sent a complaint to Customer Service. Jamie replied and ask if I would approve to have the item sent again instead of getting a refund. I agreed, because I know it’s not the company to blame. This evening Jamie sent another email advising that they had the item ready to be sent out. Also, I was advised that they would continue to monitor the original package. I was reluctant to accept the 2nd order and thought I’d probably not hear from anyone and probably should ask for refund. Due to the concern in Jamie’s email I’m glad I agreed to having the item or something similar sent. Looking forward to receiving this order and more in the upcoming holiday season. Thanks Jamie.

Charolette is absolutely fantastic. She has been so helpful and made sure that my order was delivered. She kept me informed as to where the product I ordered was in the delivery chain and the expected deliver date. It did turn out that I ordered the incorrect size for the license plate for our vehicles. I would like to point out that this was totally my fault.
Charolette was there to assist. She even provided a discount code so I could make the correct purchase.
Well it turned out that I found some addition items to purchase and guess what, she was there to assist again. She insured that my order receives priority packaging and shipping.
