not often you can find a business like this that you can trust . i would recommend this outlet with 100% confidence their service is beyond normal on both my visits and as a business owner myself you will not do better.

👍 I would like to give a thumbs up for the service I have received from Ultra Tune Ballarat. (Steve and all the staff) I have always had excellent service for the cars but want also to compliment the after sales service, their warmth and friendliness and always trying to fit in with the customers' needs. It is all second to none. Can't recommend them highly enough to anyone👍

AVOID THIS PLACE
Caught them out grossly overcharging for work that was not carried out
They eventually adjusted invoice and gave me money back
But never admitted they had done anything wrong
Even customer support couldn’t see that had done wrong and we’re no help

I am extremely disappointed in Maryborough QLD UltraTune. I will never take my vehicles there again. I would NOT recommend them and do Advise everyone not to take their car there. I rang up and booked in a full service on my car. I also asked for replacement wipers and for the Aircon filter to be cleaned etc. 2 days after service the air stopped working altogether. The car would not start. I checked my oil and it wasn't even full. The radiator refill was just above low , the air filter was dusty and full of insects and I looked at my spark plugs and they had not been changed . In fact I'm opened the top cover on my engine and It was still full of leaves and dirt. I am still at odds as to what their mechanics actually serviced ...?? Very Disappointed...

I thoroughly recommend Ultra Tune Enoggera for their prompt service and attention to detail. My son's car had suddenly developed serious issues and required urgent diagnostics and repairs. They kept us informed at every stage of the process.

Car went in for a service, new brake pads and suspension fix as it was making some noise, got my car back and there was an electrical fault, nothing worked, took it back in and walked out with my Interior damaged.
Car seats were ripped, dash snapped in multiple places, reverse camera not working, worker admitted to me car wasn't taken for a test drive because he only had P plates and couldn't drive a V8, he didn't know to hook up the reverse video cable cause his V6 doesn't have a reverse camera, brake pads were installed incorrectly, told me it was the master cylinder wanted around 2k to fix, I found they put two inner pads on one side and two outers on the other side, suspension needed to be retightened at another place as it started rattling again after 2000kms, another place told me the bolts weren't done up correctly.

Ultra Tune Australia don't keep up with new technology. I won't be trusting my new vehicle with them anymore.

NRMA towed my old faithful Toyota Camry to Lane Cove Rd as recommended by my brother.

He said David is welcoming and treats all customers like VIPs.

Leo is the most honest mechanic he ever met who is helpful and explains clearly what's needed done.

After a timing belt and water pump change, the 2.2L Camry hit 100kmph on M4 and drove like a dream!

I took my car to Ultratune lake haven as it was making a noise. They found that the heat shield was loose on my car & tightened it. I took it back a few weeks later as it was making the same noise. They informed me it was the Air Conditioning Compressor & couldn't fix it & sent me on my way. Mind you I had also taken my car there a week earlier for a pink slip, my son followed me home after they sent me away & he told me my 2 of my brake lights & were out & I also found my front blinker light out also, this should've been picked up at time of inspection. So I took my car to another mechanic for an access & repair, for the to inform me it wasn't my Air conditioner compressor after taking the belt off to test it. They also couldn't work out the issue, so I was referred to a Subaru specialist, which they found & had my car repaired within hours, they found that my car had a cracked headers and welded my heat shield as it was cracked, a repair I sent my car in for a few weeks earlier & an incorrect diagnosis for the same issue!

Chevy at Ultra tune Frankston quoted $5000 for my son's truck without properly looking at it although having his truck for a whole month.My son was suspicious so opted out.The result.Chevy swapped out the new batteries we bought for dud ones and sabotaged the wiring which our new honest mechanic has found.The real issue with his truck has nothing to do with Chevys quess work and onlya $2000 fix including fixing the wiring to Chevys sabotage.What a spiteful young man.

Wayne Jensen branch manager gave prompt polite service. I needed a new headlight. He didn’t make me feel stupid but instead said : we can fix it now and if it’s an easy fit we will just charge you for the headlight. 10 mins later and $25 I was on my way with new front headlight.
His staff were great too.

I booked online fro wheel alignment for Saturday coz the only day i can do it. Called on Tuesday to confirm it, spoke to someone there (Parramatta shop), took all the car details and told $120. I went on Saturday at 8:15am, a guy there said come back at 9:00am so i came back waited for 10 mns than he came back to me and said that his partner very busy today and doesn’t have the tools for your car (BMW). Big lier, Most arrogant, rude person I've ever encountered. Waited the hall week for nothing…. Never try this shop, bad service…,

We were on a road trip when the engine light came on in our Audi Q3 out of Mildura. We spoke to Brett Robinson at Ultra Tune Mildura who quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and not only giving us advice but also cleared the fault. We would highly recommend to anyone with a mechanical problem to go and see Brett at 18 Lime St.Mildura.

Ultratune Pialba Hervey Bay. Thank you so much for your assistance this Friday afternoon. I discovered a melted fuse/box in my cars solar systems. All auto elecs were closed till this coming Monday. This was a concern as it could have caused a fire in my car. Having had my brakes repaired with these guys last year & with the great service I received back then, I thought I would call in & see if they could help me out. The guys were great
nothing was too much trouble & they quickly fixed my problem for me.
I can highly recommend their service. You don't get this great treatment everywhere, especially late on a Friday afternoon.

my suby forester was fouling out and after a diags the timing had jumped and was damaged, the shop was heavily booked and managed to do all repairs needed aswell as liase with me about parts and wat can be the cheapest options. the car was repaired and ready to pick up a day before the original job was to be booked in and at a price that was very reasonable. thanks to Jef and the boyd
