Examination
I am writing this review to share a significant concern about the reliability of the initial scan interpretations provided at this clinic, specifically regarding the diagnosis of serious conditions.
While the staff were generally professional during the appointment, my family's experience highlights a critical potential gap in diagnostic certainty that I feel compelled to share for the benefit of future patients.
On the 7th of February 2025, my father was given reassuring news during his scan carried out by Shoaib Ali, being verbally told that cancer was not present which myself and my mother were witnesses to.
Subsequent testing and consultation with specialists at Russell's Hall hospital a week later confirmed that the condition was, in fact, present.
My intention is not to discredit the facility entirely, but to provide an essential caveat regarding the need for patients to be diligent advocates for their own health and to ensure all findings are thoroughly verified.
If you receive a preliminary scan result here, especially one clearing you of a serious diagnosis, I urge you to seek a second opinion or independent confirmation of the findings from a specialist who can review the actual images that are received from this clinic.
For reference I shall share the conclusion from Shoaib Ali's written report. May I also state this experience did not affect my father's outcome as it was already at an advanced stage, my concern is if others take no further action from having a consultation at this clinic.
