You app is a great reminder and the reporting tool

Ich habe für 9,95€ ein Probezugang gebucht. Zehn Minuten später wurden mir dafür 9,92€ abgebucht. Soweit ok.
Gleichzeitig wurden mir aber noch weitere 57€ für einen Premium-Zugang abgebucht, den ich nie gewollt und auch nie abgeschlossen hatte.
Eine absolute Unverschämtheit!

Scam app - they won’t let you cancel after copious emails with replies with no confirmation of cancel. Can’t cancel via Apple. Charge after cancelling charging $50 a month. Don’t download

Estafa! Pagué la prueba y en menos de una hora tomaron los datos de mi tarjeta e hicieron cargos que no autoricé. Mi banco dice que al estar suscrito no me pueden reembolsar, no he podido cancelar mi suscripción y siguen los cobros. Deshonestos!

L’abonnement était annoncé à seulement 9 €, mais après mon inscription, ils ont tenté de débiter ma carte bancaire à quatre reprises pour des montants totalement différents :
* 2 tentatives de prélèvement de 47 $
* 2 tentatives de prélèvement de 57 $
Heureusement, ma banque a refusé tous ces paiements.
Je vous conseille d’être très prudents et de bien vérifier les autorisations de paiement avant de renseigner vos coordonnées bancaires.

I signed up to try the app at the introductory price £7.95 in March 2026 but after the month, felt it wasn’t for me, so stopped using it. Today I discovered they had taken a payment of £36.79! I then looked back at my account and discovered they’d take one in April too! I have not had any correspondence from this firm, the app is still the same, with no changes, or no added bonus. These people have simply put their hand in my wallet and helped themselves. I have emailed them but got the obligatory “we are experiencing high volume ..” Nonsense. Very very disappointing …

UPDATE:
The response I received from Rebecca Head of Customer Services has been outstanding. Accepting responsibility by reaching out and getting a grip of the problem immediately. She has also initiated a full refund, which I assume will arrive within 5 working days. Whilst my initial experience was one of shock, credit where credit is due, as soon as a problem was identified they dealt with it. Whilst the product wasn’t necessarily for me, in terms of customer service and support, I can honestly say that this was an impressive response. Therefore I have changed my initial 1 star to 4.
Please note in the world of false marketing, I can assure you that I am a genuine customer, and what I have shared was a real experience.

The app itself is actually useful, with a lot of materials. Sometimes too general, but I added some habits to my routine. I also had issue with subscription - unwanted renewal which looks like you can only cancel by emailing them. But the support (Nick) was actually very polite and helpful and we sorted out my issue.

Après mon mécontentement pour le prélèvement d'une somme où je n'avais pas donné mon accord et mon message de réclamation ils ont tout mis en oeuvre pour régulariser la situation et m'ont tout rembourser...
Un énorme merci à l'équipe.
Par contre faites quand même attention avant de valider votre panier.

The Utiself app has no proper cancelation and even though canceling via subscriptions in the apple store I've still been charged $150 again despite not even using the app.

I was in contact with Nick from the Ultiself team and he helped me a lot with a situation, in a quick, kind and efficient way.

the purchase of the app was a surprise based on it being "free trial" that said the customer service from Nick to reverse and fix the problem was excellent!

Be careful when signing up, you might think you are just navigating the app, but you might be signing up for other “offers” “programs” “subscriptions” without having to approve the payment.
The app is not a “game” as it comes off in their advertising, it’s a habit tracking app with some talks, which might help down the line, not sure.
The support team is great to resolve issues, Sam was very helpful.

I would highly recommend this app if you’re trying to quit drinking or cut down on it because the Customer Service with Nick was excellent and he went above and beyond to help me out.
