non ho mai sottoscritto un abbonamento e ho solo fatto la prova gratuita ma dopo la cancellazione del mio account continuano a prelevarmi più di 50€ al mese🤬🤬🤬 ho anche scritto al supporto clienti per il rimborso ma mai una risposta… il fatto è che stupidamente i prelievi sono già stati fatti per 3/4 mesi consecutivi senza che io me ne sia accorto in quanto sulla carta di credito ho parecchi movimenti… accorto oggi guardando i vari estratti conto loro tranquillamente ogni mese prelevavano senza che io abbia mai usufruito dell’app né tantomeno sottoscritto abbonamenti… pessimi

⚠️ Achtung Betrugsmasche! Heimliche Abbuchungen und Fake-Kontaktdaten!
Ich bin leider auf eine Werbeanzeige dieser Firma auf Instagram hereingefallen und kann nur jeden eindringlich warnen!
Ich habe ganz normal eine Bestellung getätigt und eine einmalige Zahlung autorisiert. Kurz darauf musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass mir völlig ungefragt und ohne meine Zustimmung zwei weitere Beträge vom Konto abgebucht wurden. Der gesamte Bestellprozess ist absolut irreführend und intransparent gestaltet.
Als ich das bemerkt habe, wollte ich sofort von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen und die unautorisierten Zahlungen stornieren. Dabei kam der nächste Schock: Es gibt keinen Kundenservice! Sämtliche E-Mail-Adressen, die von der Firma angegeben werden (z. B. vipsupport@... und andere), sind Fakes. Jede meiner E-Mails kam sofort als unzustellbar mit einer "Postmaster"-Fehlermeldung zurück, da die angebliche Internetadresse der Firma (Domain) gar nicht existiert. Man hat also absichtlich gefälschte Kontaktdaten hinterlegt, damit man sich als Kunde nicht wehren kann.
Mein Tipp an alle Betroffenen: Verschwendet keine Zeit mit E-Mails. Kontaktiert sofort eure Bank, eure Kreditkartenfirma oder PayPal und lasst die Beträge wegen "unautorisierter Abbuchung/Betrug" zurückholen (Chargeback). Lasst außerdem sofort alle weiteren Mandate für diese Firma sperren!
Definitiv null Sterne, wenn das möglich wäre. Finger weg!

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen, es sollte ein PDF sein, nun wurde bereits schon 2x eine monatliche Gebühr von über 79€ abgebucht.
Kündigung per App nicht möglich, bisher keine Reaktion von der info@ Email.
Update 15.07: Antworten auf meine Emails habe ich bekommen, allerdings wurde mir noch 2x mehr ein Rabatt auf das Abo angeboten bis meine Kündigung akzeptiert wurde. Zuletzt sollte es eine Einmalzahlung sein damit ich danach Livetime Zugriff habe.
Emails an Rebecca, wonach sie in der untenstehenden Antwort gebeten hat, wurden bisher nicht beantwortet.

When I downloaded the app. I made a mistake so I paid 3 times the big price. I wrote on supportultiself and told them I want to canceled my subscription. Few minutes later I had a replied from Michael some one from ultimate team. Michael made a research and found the probleme. Since that time I got a no more charge VIP life time access to ultiself. Overall the app is going to be helpful but the self hypnosis and meditation tracks keep stopping part way through which is very annoying!

Unauthorized Charges
Edit: The issue below was solved by the Ultisef support team in a timely manner. All incorrect charges were funded, and their support staff were sincere and very helpful.
I purchased their subscription for $9.92 USD which seemed like a fair price for the product they offered.
When I checked my bank account that charge was there but one minute after this I was also charged $8.92 and $57 at the same time. As someone who purchased the app in an effort to better themselves and use their self help tools this unauthorized deduction was not only incredibly distressing but has a massive financial impact due to my situation.
