Try this app for getting organised
I downloaded this as a trial to try and help with my organisation and productivity. As a woman with ADHD I find it difficult to say on task, but I found this very helpful to stay focussed. Customer service has been excellent and I would highly recommend.

Great customer service
I was a bit skepticall with my suscription here, as I'm usually a bad, unconstant user and end up paying without using. Eventually, this was the case but I then got a great attention from their customer service (thanks Nick) who helped me pause the suscription immediatlely and offered me other more convenient solutions. It is always positive to feel there is common sense behind the scenes and you are honestly attended. Thanks.

I have quit alcohol, I have upgraded my identity and now I am building a powerful business from the inside out because the programmes teach me how to operate from peak performance. Great customer service support. I had an issue after downloading the premium version of the app. However Emma from Ultiself resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond my expectations and I consider her to be a the best customer service assistant I have ever dealt with.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I was initially charged $9 USD, and later I was charged $49.93 USD through PayPal without my clear consent or authorization. I had specifically checked on my phone to make sure I was not enrolled in any future charges or automatic renewals, so seeing this payment go through was extremely upsetting.
What makes this even worse is that I have asked for a refund multiple times, and instead of resolving the issue, I’ve been given the runaround. This feels misleading and unfair.
I work hard for my money, and I should not have to pay for a subscription or renewal I never knowingly agreed to. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing anything from this company.

Used for a fee days and found to be non-helpful. Looked to cancel and there was no active subscription showing. Deleted and never done anything, looking through my credit card charges and have noticed 4 separate billings. An absolute scam of a company utilizing loopholes to scam people oig of money.

Worth buying!
Im still learning my way around the app but love all it offers, especially the daily courses and check in.

Automatically charged me even though not subscribed
It did not work to help me stop vaping. Moreover, although I checked my Active subscriptions on my PayPal app and I was NOT subscribed for a renewal the following month, the app still charged me!! I am in the process of requesting this gets refunded and will update here.

A representative did reach out to me and issue me a refund for the renewal charge. Thank you.

Excellent Support
Company is doing well with being responsive to inquiries and questions. They work very hard to ensure you’re satisfied with their app and solicit feedback. I use lots of apps and responsiveness is absent with most. This company stands out with customer service and care about their users experience. Nick was the person I dealt with and I was very pleased with both the responsiveness and resolution.

Lack of transparency with Ultiself subscriptions
Update following my initial review. Sam from Ultiself has replied to my emails now. He has requested a refund of the hidden subscription
charge and cancelled it. He has assured me the refund will appear in my account in the next few days so I will confirm this when I have received it. The company clearly need more transparency within the app and certainly show any subscription you may have accidently signed up for. At least they have reached out after my initial review and I appreciate that.
Initial review: This is a nightmare app. I signed up for a one off trial, and having installed the app ensured I did not subscribe to the endless pop up enhance your experience extra subscriptions. I now find i have been charged 5 times the amount I originally paid. It is a hidden subscription so impossible to find it and cancel it. I have sent 'the company ' numerous emails and had no response. I have been advised now by the police and with the help of my bank, on how to prevent this company from stealing from me. Do not sign up.
