Avoid this dealer

I had a terrible experience with them

Unprofessional and they try to push you and also not transparent

Had to travel 120 miles to view one their cars ( Nissan Qashqai) which they send pictures on WhatsApp to me but failed to send any photos of the damages

When I arrived and test driven the car I payed £500 deposit to secure the car

Then realised had few damages on the bumpers and one of the parking sensors was not working

Rear Tyres were poor condition under 3mm tread depth

All break pads and break discs very weak and probably needs replacing soon

I admit my mistake to pay the deposit which they did not refund so simply I lost £500

So my advice I would stay away from this seller at all cost

Questionable service book:
initially they said there is no service book with the car. I said it is crucial for the car to have a service history when they realised this Lee said he will look for the service book and shortly afterwards they send a photo of a crumpled up and dirty paper with a couple of handwritten service without any stamps and without any information what service has been done just random dates and random mileages

Loose £500 rather than stuck with a doggy car

Saw a car online and was passing the Edgware branch so thought I would stop off for a look. I spoke to a man about the car I wanted to look at and he went off to get the key. Once returned, I explained that I had had mine stolen the week before, where he then chuckled and said ‘oh, this could be it!’
Wow, what a comment to make to a potential customer. I’ve had a bad few weeks mentally with it being stolen, so this comment was disgusting and very insensitive. Are their cars stolen then? They didn’t have any paperwork for it there either and also I never heard back from them, not that I would buy anything from here unfortunately.

Just a pain in my neck trying to call them they hanged down my call telling me that they have no time to speak to me they are talking to their customer Today l am no longer a their customer.
Especially that old man.The day when l made that payment he even offered us tea
Today he is even rising his voice at me
They don't have any customer care at all
And they really dont care
Today you are claiming that l did not give you my account numbet are you sure off that.This Edgware branch salesmen
I really don't know what to do.

Amazing dealer very professional team they went above and beyond just to make sure I will be happy customer with my new car

Staff from the dealership are very professional with good customer care. The handover was just quick and smooth. The car is in perfect condition and I am really really enjoying my new wheels.

The one star is extremely generous. No option to test drive was given, no standard warranty so I had to spend nearly £800 for 15 months of warranty. Then the car had so much wrong with it, but they refused to take it back and it took a huge fight to get them to fix it, but know this - they didn't tell the truth about what my rights were as a consumer, telling me I'd contracted myself out of the consumer rights law, which wasn't true. They lied when they said they were part of the AA accredited trusted garages scheme when they weren't signed up to it then, despite it being on their adverts. They are now and the AA are now fully aware of what they did and I hope this prevents them treating future customers badly. They said they'd fix the car, then I found out only the air conditioning had been approved. They gave many excuses, threatened me with the police if I didn't give their courtesy car back, but I didn't want to return it until it had all been fixed (brakes, battery, tyres). I did return it but the tyres weren't fixed, despite their report saying they were fine for a second hand vehicle. The point was, they were different from the report which was given to me at purchase. The term buyer beware should warn you here, I'd not recommend them at all. I've still got the car but it's still got things wrong with it. I severely regret the day I bought it. Buyer beware. I'd never go back to them. Not in a million years. Knowing UK Wheels, they'll probably threaten me for writing this review. The one star is for the courtesy car. I'll give them that.

I’ll be honest..I question the legitimacy of these previous reviews based on my experience with the dealer today.

Having booked a viewing for a Nissan JUKE , I visited the dealer and a very grumpy looking male by the name of Mohammed showed me to the vehicle. I viewed the car before asking to test drive it (like any customer would with the intention of buying a car). Mohammed was hesitant and asked me to come into the office to view the paperwork before doing so.

Once the paperwork was viewed, I again politely asked if I could take the car for a test drive. Mohammed looked at me..huffed in disgust and asked; “what is your intentions with the test drive”.

I was so perplexed by his attitude that I was already put off at this point. What salesman asks for your intention with taking a potential £10k investment for a test drive prior to buying it. He said; “well you know, people ask to test drive a car then do not buy it”. I’m sorry Mohammed, but I am NOT going to buy a car prior to test driving it.

Furthermore I am sure there are legitimate reasons why those who have test driven your cars have not ended up purchasing it.

Honestly, this had to be one of the worst sales experience I have ever encountered.

Mohammed is an embarressment to the car sales industry, and should look for a job that is not customer-facing.

The car which I viewed was actually a nice car, and I was very close to making the purchase. HOWEVER with my experience with Mohammed, I decided NOT to bother in the end and have since placed a deposit on an alternative. Thanks but no thanks Mohammed 👍

My experience with them was absolutely good,cars are in good condition and their customer service is perfect will recommend them to others

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and was told it had no issues, I had to spend over £1000 sorting the vehicle out and making it safe to drive so just be very careful buying from this dealer, when my partner phoned up to ask for assistance all she received was verbal abuse and the garage refused to help and even to this day i am still waiting for the log book to arrive so he hadn’t even sent it off!

I’d recommend thoroughly checking any vehicle you buy from this dealer as he is NOT an honest car dealer.

Very professional dealer they sell very high quality of cars they got me the best deal today on finance and got my dream car will recommend to anyone who’s looking to buy a car. Thanks guys
