Great Result
All staff and surgeon were very reassuring and explained everything thoroughly so I knew what was happening during the op and aftercare. Healed very well, scar will be hardly visible once faded, so I’m very pleased I was brave enough to to do it.

Mole removal
Really easy booking procedure and great communication up until my appointment, both Dr Rajive and Paris made me feel comfortable during my consultation and procedure, both helped me a lot in determining which method I wanted to use. Paris had asked me throughout the procedure if I was ok, which I really appreciated and helped calmed my nerves. Paris also answered all my questions after the procedure via email which helped me a lot!

Excellent Treatment & Care at Manchester Clinic
After a really disappointing experience on the NHS where I was told two cysts had been removed only to later discover they hadn’t I decided to seek treatment privately with UK Skin. It was honestly the best decision I could have made.
I went to the Manchester Clinic.
From the very first consultation, the care and professionalism were outstanding. The clinic itself was immaculate, welcoming, and incredibly well run. What really stood out to me was that I was able to have both my consultation and surgery on the same day, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
My surgeon, Dr. Apostolos, was absolutely amazing. He was reassuring, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, putting me completely at ease. During the procedure, he removed both cysts properly, as well as a mole and a skin tag. The surgery was handled with such precision and care I felt completely confident I was in safe hands.
The aftercare has been just as impressive. I’ve received emails and messages checking in on my recovery, which really shows how much they care about their patients even after the procedure is done.
Every aspect of my experience from the practice staff, to the surgery itself, to the follow-up care has been fantastic. I honestly could not recommend UK Skin highly enough. If you’re considering private treatment, they are worth every penny.

Positive Experience at Manchester Clinic.
I recently visited the Manchester clinic for a Lipoma and Cyst removal procedure. Parking was conveniently located directly behind the clinic (first two hours free at the time of this review).
On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and before long, I was invited into an office where Dr. Dimitris checked some details with me, before we went into the operating room.
Before starting, the staff ensured that I was comfortable and settled; the room was presented in a clean and tidy manner and, was of a pleasant temperature.
Throughout the procedure, Dr. Dimitris kept me updated as to what he going to do next, before proceeding; I found the entire procedure to be a pain-free and almost relaxing experience.
At the conclusion of the procedure, I met again with Dr. Dimitris in the office, and he took the time to explain the post-procedure care protocol to me.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Manchester clinic and, my thanks go to all the staff who looked after me, in such a caring and professional manner, thank you.

Arm lift, 4 months post-op
Good communication throughout treatment. Operation went smoothly. Able to contact by email and phone if I had any concerns.
Compression garment really uncomfortable, so be aware if you have arm lift procedure.
Was recommended to access specific massage to help with lymphatic drainage and swelling. This is very expensive, and was a cost I hadn’t been told about.
4 months post-op now following arm lift. Still quite a bit of discomfort, and have been advised this will last for months, but arms are so much better without excess skin. Happy I had the procedure.

I had several lipomas removed at a…
I had several lipomas removed at a UKSKIN clinic some years ago.
I wanted to write to warn others not to use them. What has prompted me to do so was that I have recently been watching several TV programmes with professional specialists and surgeons carrying out similar multiple lipoma removals.
I can fully understand now that it was carried out far from satisfactory. The reason for this being that the incisions never properly healed up, apart from one, and as a result I have been left with permanent deep and unsightly scars.
Some of my lipomas were not completely removed, together with their sac, which has allowed them to grow back. Also, a number of the surgical incisions were made far larger than they had needed to be, resulting in much larger scars than were necessary. I had six incisions made altogether on both arms, and now I am suffering from depression as a result of the permanent damage.
My regret is that I didn’t write a review sooner here warning people about them.
Looking at the before and after photos on their website they DO NOT reflect a true representation of their work, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
On reflection it is now very clear to see what level of careless butchering was carried out, something which I now regrettably have to live with.

Lobe repaired with professionalism and comfort.
All of the staff were cheerful, polite and kind. The clinic itself was clean, well organised and professional. Highly recommended for Skin Care
Had a procedure with UK skin a few years ago to remove a mole and they were excellent. I decided to go again in Jan 2026 to remove some other moles / age discolourations.
