Amazing upper eyelid surgery!
I recently had an upper blepharoplasty with UKSkin and the whole process from start to finish was excellent. I visited the Hale clinic where the staff are all very professional and friendly. Dr Apostolos who carried my op was totally amazing and I am SO pleased with my results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the op, this clinic and surgeon to anybody thinking of having this procedure. Only wish I'd done it sooner. 10/10

All the staff are very polite and…
All the staff are very polite and patient and do very well at making you feel comfortable. I got some gyno gland removal done from omar tilo and the whole way through I felt very comfortable and safe. Omar did a fantastic job and so did the medical team! My coordinator, Kirsten was very friendly and patient with me, and helped me when i needed! Mapdoleue, Natalie the nurse was great before and after the surgery! And so was Ravin at reception! Would 100% recommend the Birmingham team!

I'd thoroughly recommend UKSkin
I'd thoroughly recommend UKSkin. Dr Rajive removed a large lipoma in my back. Surgery lasted around an hour, nothing was too much trouble for Dr Rajive and his assistant and they answered any questions I had during surgery and put me at ease. The whole process from the initial enquiry, to booking and then to arrival and the procedure was effortless and all staff at all stages were really helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to come back here should I require any future procedures.

Excellent care from UK Skin
I received a very warm welcome and cup of coffee on arrival before having my first procedure (mole removal). The surgery by Dr Rajive assisted by the friendly nurse Paris was quick and painless. The second procedure was for varicose vein treatment using foam sclerotherapy. The surgery itself was very clean and the surgeon Dr Khaira, charming nurses Aisha and Magdalena assisted by the lovely Marketing Manager Mollie, were delightful, very kind and welcoming. I did think that perhaps Dr Khaira might have explained at the start of the surgery exactly what he would be doing but perhaps most patients do not want to know the details of the surgery. I will not know whether the surgery has been successful for a few weeks yet however the experience was very positive.

Exceptional
Before choosing my surgeon, I had consultations with three consultants at Spire and Nuffield. All were friendly and professional, and one of them had actually performed my revision breast surgery, so I already knew how talented she was. However, at 37 I was advised by all three that although they would perform the procedure, it would be better to wait until I was at least 50 to “get my money’s worth.”
While I understand that perspective, I felt it was important to find a surgeon who truly understood how I felt about my eyelids and the results I wanted to achieve now. You can’t judge a surgeon’s ability by their advice to wait until things progress further, but for me it was about finding someone who listened and understood.
As soon as I met Dr Apostolos, I knew he was the right choice. He was professional in every way, incredibly friendly, and never rushed the consultation. He wasn’t trying to sell the procedure or discourage it he simply gave honest, informed advice. Most importantly, he understood exactly what I disliked about my eyelids.
One thing I initially found unusual about the clinic was that family or friends aren’t allowed to attend appointments with you. As someone who can get a little nervous, this made me feel slightly uneasy at first. However, the staff who accompanied me throughout the process were so kind, reassuring, and calming that it quickly stopped being an issue.
On the day of surgery, I was looked after by the most beautiful nurse who guided and reassured me the entire time. She put me completely at ease. Dr Apostolos also came to see me beforehand to check in, and the whole experience truly felt seamless.
I’m still in the healing stage, but everything is going very well so far with no issues at all. The results already look amazing, and I’m so excited to see them once I’m fully healed.

I had a lump removed at UKskin Manchester, And the experience was great from start to finish, I was assessed from the comfort of my home, my patient coordinator Usha who I must say was lovely and very helpful made everything so easy for me. The price was confirmed to me before the procedure, And I had my consultation and procedure the same day, My experience at the clinic was brilliant the Expert Plastic Surgeon that carried out the procedure Doctor Amin was fantastic. I really felt in safe hands with UKSkin
I really felt in safe hands with UKSkin Birmingham. I spoke with Dr Eddama, prior to deciding to go ahead, and he was open and honest about setting realistic expectations for what could be achieved. On the day, he made good surgical judgement as to how far to take the procedure, and the result is that my condition no longer exists. I just wish I had done it sooner.
During the op, Mollie did an excellent job distracting me from what was going on (which was really valuable), and Natalia looked after me so well when I had a few problems recovering. Even though I was aware that other patients would be waiting, Natalia insisted that I needed to be fully recovered before she would let me go and she was right.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you.
