Ich bin sehr zufrieden! Es fehlen nur einige Channels (RacingUK, Premiersports, RTE)

Like the title says, good when it works. For the most part it works and is good when it dose. I have had issues with netflix needing to be reset because it's stopped working. At one point, this was every few days. ( it dose seem to be better atm). Very occasionally I get buffering on some sky programs, it's pretty rare, but I am using ethernet, not wifi and I'm on fiber, so don't really expect this. Also sometimes, it can take a few days to get a reply when you have a problem. I understand I'm not there only customer but it's still a bit frustrating when you need a problem sorting. That said when they reply, they're very helpful and do their best to sort any problems, as soon as they can. I've only been using the service a month, so I dont want be be too harsh as it could just be teething troubles. Like I say when it's working properly it's really good.

I received a prompt telephone call from your support staff, who came up with a quick and correct solution .
He was very helpful and even gave subsequent answers which was necessary.

The general content including All The apps is excellent once you have masters it
The playlist with dozens of items not put
There by me and of no interest to me is really a terrible nuisance. It needs to be sorted

Difficult to know the organisation behind sky

Really good service works perfectly And really good customer service

It is good that we can record whole series of tv programmes going back over the years as well as current ones. It does occasionally show a different programme from the one I have requested so I have to cancel and go back in

Still glad we have the service, but one not-so-positive part is that you have to sign up with every channel to see the shows; they are not included. It was frustrating at times.

Helpful staff and clear instructions.

The product itself is excellent and solves a lot of frustration with the old style Sky box. the initial sales/technical talk with Alex was also excellent, as was the sales service. . He was clear and informative. Downside?The complexities of set-up and initialisation of the various channels, and the instructions , felt like walking a tight-rope , but support was available and worked out in the end.

The streaming service works extremely well.
With the old satellite system, we are in a country with a small satellite footprint - therefore losing signal due to poor weather, rain, snow etc.
We have no such problems with the streaming service
