Fitted with Esh that are no longer…
Fitted with Esh that are no longer fitted by the company had no survey done beforehand. No instruction manuals (so unable to program them) were given no warranty. Total ignore my emails complete waste of time. Awful company avoid at all costs!

New Storage Heaters
We had new storage heaters fitted at our rental property on behalf of our tenant which we are very happy with. We did have a couple of issues that were dealt with promptly and effectively. The people that I dealt with in the office were always polite and helpful.

Excellent. Cannot fault UKeM
Just had the UKEM team here to complete external wall insulation throughout and loft insulation too. Really cannot fault them. Amazing job. House feels unbelievably warmer. The team that completed the work were spot on - professional, friendly and left the place perfect! Massive thank you to Jamie and Jonathan who led the team and all at UKEM.

Free Boiler Scam- UKEM (NE Ltd)
Completed survey in my home, taking pictures of all radiators in all rooms. Photographed personal and financial documents to prove eligibility for Free boiler replacement. Had a couple of appointments cancelled by text and work was never completed. Received an invoice for extra costs and was contacted to pay but explained the situation and was told they would find out what was happening and never heard back. Rude and poor customer service company whom I would not trust.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL
I would not deal with this company they will scam you they take your personal details say they are going to do the work and then never turn up to carry out the work but the company still go ahead and claim from the government for doing the works
Before doing this review we did try and contact the company several times by telephone and email and the company has now blocked our telephone numbers
We have now passed on the case to trading standards

I was so nervous about using brokers after being ripped off so many times over the phone guess who ???
UK Energy was not like that as face to face and what you saw was what I got, amazing savings and great people
