Never received item ordered. Customer care was appalling and was made to wait nearly a month before they finally stopped sending me delivery updates even though the courier had already said that there was no delivery scheduled at all on their systems. Had to wait 2 months for a refund. Will never use this place again.

Ordered a 'California' type ladder to access the bed in the pop up roof of our VW campervan. This is a 2 piece ladder, which slots together. The top half is rigid and has fixings at the top, which might grip a corresponding ridge in a California, but sits firmly against the van roof in ours. The rungs on the bottom half are so fixed to allow the feet of the ladder to rest securely on an uneven surface, eg floor one side and a fitting on the other. The ladder didn't slide when I climbed. It's just long enough to position behind the front seat bases to rest on the front of the van's original roof. It comes in its own bag, with 2 cloth protectors for the ends of the ladder. All nicely made in Malta, apparently!

I ordered something which was out of stock. UK Camping and Leisure refunded my payment very promptly. and without a quibble.
I would happily use them in future, should I need other components.

I ordered a self-inflating mattress for an upcoming trip. The courier screwed up, failed to deliver to their own parcel shop, I then got a message saying the parcel was being returned to the seller. So, I cancelled the order - within the statutory cooling off period and in writing. That was nearly a month ago. UK Camping and Leisure continue to insist they cannot give a refund until the item has been received by them. It left the parcel shop 2 weeks ago. Today they sent some garbled response to yet another follow up email giving an incomprehensible 'excuse' and saying 'meanwhile if the item does arrive and you decide you don't want it...'. And they still refuse to refund and continue to give me the runaround. The very worst.

My order was in 2 deliveries as I ordered a utility/ kitchen awning and also the drive away kit, the kit came 2 days after ordering and the awning arrived the day after, as yet I haven’t erected the awning but I bought this in the hope of being able to put it up single handed

I have not received my parcel from Evire. They say it’s been delivered. I think it’s been delivered to the wrong address.

I ordered an air canopy for my caravan at around 6pm,
expecting it to be delivered within a few days. Was astounded to receive an email from the courier the following morning advising it would be delivered later that day. From start to finish the whole experience took less than 24 hours. Can’t fault the service. Would give more than 5 stars if I could
