Within an hour of ordering I cancelled as it was the incorrect item. It had not been processed. I followed up with an email. I then received notification of despatch. I again emailed them again on reply. This company is only contactable be email but they don’t reply. On reading their terms and conditions you have to pay to return. I will refuse delivery when it arrives. It is not fair to expect customers to pay for returns. This company does not reply to emails maybe they would care to explain on here

I ordered a campervan awning, unfortunately after speaking with a lovely advisor I was told they weren't in stock for a number of weeks. As im going away soon she promptly cancelled my order and requested a refund for me. Even though I didn't get my awning I would definitely buy from this company again.

I purchased a Sun Canopy for my Quest Pro 4 gazebo. After only 3 uses, one of the poles snapped, making it unusable. I contacted UK Leisure And Camping, by email. The matter was dealt with promptly and a replacement was ordered and delivered with 3 days. Unfortunately the manufacturer sent the wrong poles. Again I sent an email stating this and a full replacement was received in 2 days.
I would like to thank Samantha for the prompt and professional manner in which my complaint was dealt with. I would certainly use this company again and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Zero customer service- I did not receive the awning I ordered but some other item, I have emailed numerous times with no response- we’re on day 7 now

I purchased a product from here, which I really liked, but it proved to be faulty. They were excellent in processing the return and refund rapidly.

I ordered tent pegs and a tent pole that I needed for a trip. A package was delivered on time but it contained an insect zapper instead of a tent pole. I emailed the company straight away, with photographs of what I had received, and asked if they would be able to get the tent pole to me in time for my trip. I also requested a return label for the item they sent in error. I received no reply. I emailed the company four times in total and did not even receive an acknowledgement of my emails. No phone number is available. Their website says there is a live chat but I have been unable to find it.
I don't have a problem with an error in an order, but I have a major problem with a company that refuses to communicate with customers to rectify a problem. They are legally required to sort it out under consumer right law so are acting illegally.

Very prompt and informed me that there might be a slight delay in posting the product I’d purchased. So excellent customer service. Actual product I’d purchased was spot on. Would definitely use this company again.

I have tried ringing uk camping and leisure on both telephone numbers that they supply with no service or response I’ve also sent an email again no reply I still haven’t received my air pump from them and evri the courier but been in Itouch with them but still no parcel from them I payed £31.90 it’s not good enough from both I’m very disappointed and upset about this matter
