Ordered a tap for our Motorhome. We were going on holiday and needed it urgently. It took 17 days from ordering until delivery, There is no phone number for this company. I had to email 7 times to obtain updates. Excuses given were-
Out of stock
Lost in Transit
Couldn’t give a time line.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Poor customer service/ ordering department.
Only positive is the tap was what we required!!!

I ordered 2 outdoor revolution pronto pro 4 windbreaks as they were a competitive price plus an extra 5% off. After ordering i decided to read the reviews and because of a lot of negative reviews I panicked and thought I'd made a mistake and should have ordered else where! I contacted them through messenger and they were extremely helpful and reassuring. My order came in just under a week. I'm very pleased and shouldn't have worried. Ordered a self inflating mat which hasn't come yet but Lois who helped me with my order was top class with the service. I wanted it next day delivery but it wasn't showing up as an option for some reason at checkout and she sorted it all out and even went beyond to make sure it went today even though it had past the cut off for next day delivery by going to the warehouse and physically getting across the line! Great service by Lois!

Wish I had seen the other negative reviews prior to purchase and I would’ve purchased elsewhere. Seems like a regular occurrence that they just send something random from their warehouse rather than what you’ve ordered.

Do not purchase Fiamma brackets for a Peugeot Boxer / Ducato etc as they send caravan brackets and think it’s ok for you to ‘amend them’ to make them fit.

You then have to go out of your way to take them to a drop off point to return before they offer any form of compensation / refund.

Who knows if I’ll actually see any of my money back if I drop them off?!

What a wonderful helpful company. Ordered 2 items from them one of which was unfortunately damaged in transit (obviously no fault of UK Camping) and the other wasn't suitable for my needs. Emailed them to explain the situation and they replied almost immediately with a sincere apology and a promise to arrange the pick up of the items. As soon as they received the goods they immediately issued a full refund and another apology! Excellent professional communication throughout the process. I'll definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend them to new customers. Top job guys 😊

Delivered straight away however my dad ordered the wrong size and also put the packaging in the bin. We need to know if we can still return it - but have not had any replies to my emails. Can anyone from the company help please?

Not impressed with the wording on UK Camping and Leisure website and I won't be using them again. Last Saturday I paid for next day delivery for a jack for my caravan. Their website clearly stated next day delivery if the order is placed before 1pm, so I paid for it on top of the price of the jack £66.98. I'm still waiting. I got in touch with them today (Tuesday) and they now tell me that next day delivery is next working day. Didn't say this at checkout, although it does in the small print if you check their terms and conditions, sneaky. I have been in touch via chat and they gave me a tracking link. I followed it and discover that the carrier still hasn't recieved my order. So I have asked for a refund, UK Camping and Leisure have refused and told me that I should wait for the item then return it for a refund. I'm taking my caravan away on Friday so needed the jack and the accessories to change my tyres before leaving, could've had the job done by now. No time to get another jack so will have to call out a mobile tyre service and pay out more money on top of the cost of the fitting. Not impressed at all UK Camping and Leisure. I think it's time to cut back on internet shopping as it is becoming increasingly unreliable. Back to the high street and face to face shopping from now on.

This company treats you like a real person and not a number. If anything is wrong they put it wright straight away.
The tent lady in Customer service called Lois is very professional, polite and very friendly in her approach.
I will be buying everything from them in the future.

I ordered an item which was not satisfactory and reported the issue to them. They replied quickly and escalated my issue. Within 2 days had a resolution. Full refund was issued so extremely happy with that outcome. Excellent communication from the customer advisor for UK Camping & Leisure throughout the process.
It was a manufacturers issue so supplier not at fault.

If there was a zero star then this company would get it. They sent me the completely wrong item, instead of window scratch remover they sent toilet liquid. They then expected me to take it to Evri to return it but as I don't have transport I had to ask a neighbour to do for me, they also had to print out my label. I asked for a refund as I then obtained the correct item from Amazon. Waited several days for my refund but then found they had only refunded the cost of the item and not the postage. What sort of a company is this, their mistake but they take no responsibility for their actions. Great customer service.

Absolute, con in my view as waited over 15 days to be told we don’t have the suitcase despite being promised on at least 2 occasions it would be in when their next delivery arrives. I think these are part of Bars4Cars and had a very similar experience with a cancellation of an order even though they had taken money from my card. Whilst the monies were refunded I missed out on a number of opportunities to buy the same product at a similar discount. In my experience I could not recommend them based on my experience

What an absolute pleasure to find a company who value the customer base, having ordered from UK Camping and Leisure I had a problem with one of the items, a quick email to the company and chatting with Lois a replacement was dispatched at no cost to myself, and also, this company beat every price on the internet, what an absolute pleasure, I will be a returning customer and thanks again
