What I like most is that the courier picks up a parcel from my house and the addressee gets it at his threshold. Everything is well organised.The staff is helpful and professional.

Exceeded all expectations
Exceeded all expectations! The prices are very affordable, the assisstance is great - I made mistake, and they were amazing both by email and via chat service, very helpful. The package was fully trackable (not just up to Russia, but in Russia as well). The courier delivered it to my sister on Saturday morning. Will definately use their service again and again.

I was very satisfied with the delivery through this courier company. The package was delivered promptly, without any delays, and in perfect condition. I especially appreciated the ability to track it at every stage, as well as the excellent customer service — they helped with all my questions and stayed in constant contact! The courier brought everything right to my door. A professional and reliable service that is definitely worth recommending!!!

Очень общительны и помогают в отправлении,на просьбы реагируют оперативно,особенно в инстаграм (даже поздно вечером).Если очень много посылок и они огромные,отправляют к Вам домой личную газель с личным водителем,чтобы тот забрал и доставил на склад.Всё хорошо,нет никаких проблем.

Never trust this company
I want to share my disappointing experience with your company. I sent parcels intended for families in Belarus, and regrettably, both times, they were lost. this costs me lots.
Furthermore, I found your refund policy unfair. for examples: I sent five items valued at £10 each, but I only received a refund of £10 instead of the full £50. This situation not only affects me but also the recipients who rely on these items.
