I couldn’t have wished for a better service.

I did a lot of research before booking because I needed a transfer from Luton Airport to the West Midlands for friends who had never been to the UK before and don’t speak English. I wanted to make sure I chose a company I could really rely on, so I read hundreds of reviews and contacted quite a few companies. I’m very glad I chose UK Airport Taxi.

They were always quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful with last-minute changes. Our driver, Waqar, was absolutely brilliant, kind, professional and reliable. He arrived early, waited in the car park, kept in touch with me by phone throughout, and made sure he met my friends without any problems.

I would definitely use UK Airport Taxi again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable airport transfer service.

Booking is simple, our driver was slightly early and very friendly even at 4am. The ride home was complicated by flight delays but our (different) driver managed the pick up brilliantly. Very happy with the service

This is the second time I've used the services of UK Airport Taxi and I wasn't disappointed. Firstly, The price was very competitive. Secondly, the email confirmation details were clear and promptly received. Thirdly, on the day, the driver arrived to pick us up precisely at the requested time. However (fourthly) what impressed me most was when our return flight was delayed by 1½ hours. I emailed (in the middle of Sunday evening) to warn them and within a few minutes my airport pick-up time had been amended and I received an updated email confirmation. The driver called me soon after we landed and arrived at the airport pick-up point just as we did.

Excellent service. Booked the day before due to a change in travel plans caused by a flight cancellation. Price reasonable, well informed throughout the pick up procedure at Manchester T2. M62 closure caused a nuts diversion. Driver just dealt with it professionally and courtrousky. Will definitely use again.

I have used this firm previously and have booked to use them again. They are a dedicated airport transfer service only. They know the shortcuts, busy times because they only do airport transfers. They also know how to property track your return flight so you don't pay excessive waiting times for your driver. My flight was delayed on my recent return journey. About 10 minutes after I'd landed I had a phone call from my driver directing me where to go to meet him at the pickup point. He arrived there promptly. It's such a relief not having to wonder if the driver will be there or not, which I have had before with a purely taxi firm (when the taxi was 40 minutes late because they had another job on!). I highly recommend UK Airport Transfers and will not use any other airport transfer service again.
