very good production cat is enjoying it and issues he has with his skin is getting better because of some sort of allergy and also we finally got him of just go cat biscuits which the previous owner kept him on and it made his bowl movements softer and better for the cat as his was constipated a lot and also he was being sick regular all that has stopped since being on this food

This is the third purchase of the cat calming diffusers, they are good. this was the first purchase of the dog calming collar. it seems to be helping.

My dog has to be on prescription diet so i have a six week repeat order but at any time i can change the dates . The delivery is always spot on with updates of when . Cant fault the service and my dog loves the food too so a win win . Thankyou

The toothpaste really works, and my dog actually likes the taste of it.
Worth getting the toothbrush pack too, as the angled brush handle makes brushing back teeth much easier than a straight brush.

Forced to buy online and never got the order
Forced to buy online as Virbac stopped stocking our vet and then charged us for order that didn't arrive and unable to give us any updates. The one star is just for a fast reply (about nothing), they didn't really deserve it.
Changed from 1 to 4 stars as only after negative review the issue has been resolved and we eventually got our order with over a week delay.

Virbac . Excellent service and products
Virbac have the special dietary food available for my dog that I have on a monthly subscription. They always message a reminder for the date of next order and I am able to order earlier if required. The whole process from ordering, payment and delivery is excellent. 5 ⭐️
