A big hit
My Golden Shepherd pup was being a bit picky about what she would eat. At a visit to the vets for her vaccination she was given a handful of Virbac as a treat and she loved it so a bag was ordered and the bowl is cleared at almost all mealtimes. Registering and ordering on the site was easy and delivery was quick with no issues. All round a great experience and will be setting up a subscription soon.

I Like that my order is delivered really quickly. I ordered Thursday midmorning and it said 1-2 days. I had received it by 2pm Friday. Some companies say next day delivery but it's not always the case. Very happy.

Fantastic product and a lovely company.
I was subscribed to Virbac for their digestive support wet food for my elderly dog with bowel problems. The mousse like texture was nice and soft for his teeth and the higher calorie count helped to keep the weight on him as he was eating less with his digestion issues.
Sadly we only got to try Virbac for a few months before he died. We forgot to cancel the subscription and Virbac were great about it, they refunded the last delivery and sent a card in the post with some forget me not seeds. It was a lovely personal touch.
I would whole heartedly recommend them and their products.

An email when the next delivery is due and always comes the next day. My cat who had cystitis at 9 months old has not had any symptoms since eating this cat food and the other cat likes it too. It comes in a large quantity so no so much plastic used .

A COMPLETE DISASTER
The company can improve by changing delivery company DPD for twice delivered my cat food onceI still don'tknow to who the secondtime to my next-door neighbour that I barely know insisting it was delivered to a black door at my address where there isen't a black door there is a black gate and you need to ring the videodoorbell in order for me to open it and there is not trace of a y DPD courier ringhing my videodoorbell the worse of it is that i'm in 24/7
I would expect a better delivery from a such prestigious company

Always helpful and easy to speak to someone, very good web site to make any changes for subscriptions.
Delivery company not so good no care and attention to your package and they do not knock and let you know that they have left your package.

The product is great. BUT need new courier service!
The product is great a little expensive but that's OK our cat loves it .
HOWEVER, the thing that is not good is the company they use for delivery DPD they charge £20 to deliver to a town that is the biggest white fish port in the UK and next to the city that is the oil capital of Europe with over 5,000 delivery lorries entering and leaving said town per day PETERHEAD. WE are MAINLAND UK. Hence will not be using again untill they source a better courier service . A SHAME CAUSE PRODUCT IS GOOD!!!!!
