The memory is compatible and is working well. The only slightly disappointing aspect was that I placed the order on 23/9 but it wasn't dispatched until 1/10 Maybe the item was out of stock

Advancing the health of animals with those who care for them every day, so we can all live better together. This is our purpose. Established by vets, dedicated to animal health In 1968, Pierre-Richard Dick, a vet from Nice, drew upon his training at the Pasteur Institute, an internationally renowned centre for biomedical research, and founded Virbac. His desire was to provide vets, farmers and pet owners worldwide with a set of innovative solutions to fight and protect against animal diseases. More than 55 years later and we remain an independent business. Supported by a team of in-house vets, we're moving forward together to shape the future of animal health. As animal health experts we know that nutrition is a pillar of preventive medicine and an essential means of ensuring good pet health. So, our vet nutritionists formulated VETERINARY HPM® to be high in protein, low in carbohydrates and packed with nutritional benefits that promote the health and quality of life of our pets. Our range of dog and cat healthcare products provide owners with solutions for their pets' everyday needs. Whether it’s dental care, joint support, hygiene or calming solutions, we’ve got you and your furry companion covered. We don’t just talk a good talk, our products are award-winning too!

Digestive problems solved
The dogs love your food. Especially the foil packs of wet food. It has assisted in their digestion and we are back to normal.

Simply put this is an Excellent quality product with great palatability! having searched for years for a hypoallergenic cat food to suit my now 17 year old female cat diagnosed with IBD a decade ago, Virbac Hypoallergenic Hydrolised Novel Fish Protein Cat Food A2 is the first "hypoallergenic" food to have made a significant difference to her condition and wellbeing. She's been on Virbac Hypoallergenic since June so it's still early days but we're extremely hopeful for long term improvements in her health and general quality of life. I'm also very impressed with the speed of dispatch as after placing my order it arrived the next day well packaged and in great condition. Thank you Virbac for giving our old lady her health and quality of life back🙏.

Fast-Efficient-Effective
Fast-Efficient-Effective with outstanding delivery service unlike the Royal Mail whom simply are staggeringly incompetent and can’t even read a basic instruction. At least the service paid for by Virbac and the products do exactly what they say on the tin.

Hexarinse
I bought the hexarinse. Only after getting it and reading the label, it should be used after your dog has had a dental to help prevent plaque re building up.
That is not what I had thought before I bought it and I read the write up.
But I received the item in the time specified.

Dear Maria,
Thank you so much for your feedback. I am pleased to hear you received your order quickly.
To clarify, Hexarinse Oral Rinse is a mouthwash for cats and dogs to control bacteria in their mouth. You use it daily to help reduce and prevent plaque, relieve minor gum irritation and eliminate bad breath.
Alternatively, we have a different product available called Vet Aquadent FR3SH which is a drinking water additive. You simply add the recommended amount to your pets drinking water every day for healthier teeth, gums and fresher breath.
Please feel free to contact us or visit our website to explore our full range of dental products!

We also really appreciate you bringing the checkout issue to our attention. We know how stressful it can be to see a payment error when money has left your account, so we're glad your order confirmation email arrived shortly after to confirm everything went through correctly.
For peace of mind in the future, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team if you ever have any questions or concerns - they are always here to help!
Quick Delivery + Product Review
I ordered the Virbac oral hygiene kit and the aquadent water additive for my cat on the 18th of August and it arrived on the 19th. Extremely fast delivery, thank you to Virbac.
In terms of the products he likes the taste of the toothpaste but I'm still training him to allow me to brush his teeth. The tooth hygiene kit does come with instructions on how to train your pet to get used to the brushing which has been useful.
He doesn't really like the water additive but I shall try again soon.
