Nightmare trying to return, when you cannot, as I can’t, use Evri, due to their drop-off place being over 30 miles away. Email response from Sloggi tells me there is no other way to return but Evri. Spent an age on the phone trying to get them to understand that I will just pay for Royal Mail postage myself and trying to get the returns address. This proved to be impossible. They could not understand my request for the returns address.
Apparently, they are going to email me a Royal Mail label now, so shall see. How very confusing.

The products are cheaply made in Bangladesh but with a premium price. Whatever brand value the Sloggi name might have had at one point is now GONE. The claims on the website - non-chafing seams, premium cotton - are lies. These are extremely cheaply made products where every corner has been cut. They refuse to stand by their 24 month warranty when presented with a legitimate claim. I've had way better products from Chinese sellers on Amazon for half the price, not to mention M&S, Next and even Sports Direct!
Poor customer service
For 3 months i have been corresponding with sloggi about a refund which they have not provided. I bought an item in November 2025 and returned it via Evri as it was the wrong size. Evri lost the parcel and having complied with all Sloggis requests for Declarations etc they said the claim was too late, although the initial claim was well within the 30 days. It is their responsibilty to make the refund and claim it back from the courier. They will not make the refund after a process including more than 25 emails over 3 months.
Worst customer services
I ordered two items from Sloggi. I wanted to return one of the two items but saw their only option is Evri and I don't live near a drop off point.
I rang their customer services and was told that "we don't co-operate with other couriers" and then said "I can't help you". The call lasted less than a minute.
So I am now left with an item I don't want.
I am honestly dumbstruck at how unhelpful their customer service is!

I've been buying Sloggi underwear for 20 years but after my last order never again. After a matter of a few washes they are ALL falling apart.. all tearing in the exact same place.
I'm sad that a company who I once recommended to my friends has sadly changed from quality to shoddy.

The quality of these recent offerings from Sloggi is extremely poor. Thin material. Black pants are turning grey after a few washes. The elastic at the waist is coming unravelled. I can match the quality of these with cheap, chain store multipacks. The latest purchase of midis do not compare with the same style purchased 5 years ago which are still in very good wearable order. I doubt I will want to pay Sloggi prices for chain store multipack quality!!

Terrible website that doesn't work on some mainstream browsers. You get to checkout then cannot check out. Nor can you use the product filtering.
Switched to a different browser, then could not check out due to a website error.
Rang Customer "services" who were completely robotic and unsympathetic. No alternatives proposed, just a "contact out tech team".
Contacted the tech team, no reply 14 days later!
Tried on the off-chance a few days later to check out my basket. Finally checked out. Singles Day sales still applied to my basket, thankfully.
Products never arrived. Tracking info from EVRI said my parcel was irretrievably damaged in transit.
They refuse to send me a duplicate order. They also refuse to honour the same terms of purchase (Singles Day) as applied at the time of my original purchase. Had my second, most frustrating call with one of their human robots in customer "service".
NEVER AGAIN.
It is like they actively DON'T want your custom. STAY AWAY
Disappointed
Very comfortable pants, although over time, the fabric appears to be thinner from the start. Last pair I bought developed a hole after only one wear and wash. Not worth the bother and cost of returning them. If I continue to buy Sloggi pants, I will try to do that locally or from a UK distributor.
Return portal doesnt work and they are uncontactable
I am trying to return an online order. Firstly the returns portal will not accept my order umber and the customer services phone line says it is closed due to the bank holiday ( this is Tuesday 11th November!) There is no way to contact them or to retur the order

Trying to register for an account was mind boggling .
It wouldn't allow me to put my details in ~ postcode , phone numbers .

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Bought same pants I have worn for years - mini cotton multipack. The material is so thin, nothing to them. There is no elastic in them at all. No substance - like wearing nothing. No support at all.
Pattern changed - underwear now unwearable
I have worn Sloggi underwear for over ten years.
However, my most recent order in Aug 2025 - they have changed their pattern on their Tai briefs and the materials used from my last order two years ago.
The material is now super-thin and the gusset is in the wrong place - it's now three inches behind where it used to be! Pointless. Unwearable.
So disappointed as they are already so expensive!
Poor quality
Poor quality. Bra strap frayed and came apart after 2 wears. Wrote via their online forms to complain, with photos etc. 2 months ago. Have heard nothing since.
I really like the sloggi bras
I really like the sloggi bras, very comfy, but they have changed the padded bit, so it is not as flattering. I have to take the padded bit out of old bras to reuse in my new bra. A bit annoying when paying for a good brand. I am completely flat so a good shape in important for be.
I cannot fault them, but not had to contact customer services
I ordered my husband some Sloggi underpants. He prefers this brand more than others. I did like their website and choice of underwear. If you register with them then shipping only costs £1, delivered by Evri. I live in the UK and my ordered items were shipped directly from Germany, which is cheaper than ordering them from the UK! The items were despatched almost immediately from Germany and arrived super quick at my address in the UK (faster than some items I order in the UK)! I cannot personally comment on Sloggi's customer services, because I have not needed to contact them. Looking at the other reviews it appears that Sloggi isn't very good at customer services and they don't appear to check it's Trustpilot reviews because it says "unclaimed profile". Maybe they need to because going by the reviews they're losing customers. My husband has yet to try the new batch of underpants, so I can't comment on the quality just yet!
Joke of a company
Ordered some underwear but they use stupid paper packaging and they rip open and stuff is missing. Then their contact us won't accept my email address so I can't get a refund. Absolute joke. Don't order from this company to avoid stress and disappointment.
Allows you to buy but not return
I bought several items for my daughter for £104.00. I live on the Isle of Wight. The items do not fit and Sloggi insist I return them via Evri. I asked for an address to send via royal mail or another courier and they refused. They will not allow me to post or courier them back. They insist on Evri or nothing. There is no Evri here, the nearest is on the mainland

Material is much thinner than it used to be.
Odd that there seems to be no opportunity review on the Sloggi website .
