I keep buying Matt and Nat bags and they are so stylish and practical that my family admire and 'appropriate' them from me. They (the bags, not my family) are not cumbersome as some leather bags can be. Will probably have to buy more now but nobody will part me from my forest green cross-body bag...hands off!

ordered a backpack, delivery and service is good, bag is too firm and has very little pockets, and you cant see it on teh pictures on websire

Although i returned the bag, the quality was very good and they were very quick to reply to my query. I wish they sold their products in store so it's easier to see and feel the items.

The clothing is pricey but the quality is good and doesn’t feel cheap. The two biker jackets I ordered are of a fantastic quality and they came very quickly. I can’t comment on what it’s like to return items as I kept my orders. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because Matt and Nat lack a plus size collection; they’re extra large for women isn’t actually very large. I’d like to see plus size going forwards - and more diverse (inc plus size models) people - as that actually makes the clothes more appealing and inclusive. Thanks

I ordered a vegan leather jacket. It was great quality and looked well made. Unfortunately it did not suit me at all, I emailed Matt and Nat and they agreed to refund me when I sent it back. You have to pay to send an item back but they did refund me straight away including my original postage fee. I will use them again in the future.

Shopping experience fine , delighted to buy Vegan belts , however disappointed with the actual belts I purchased , had wanted one for myself , the other one to give as a gift , I will return one of the belts .

The material for the shoe looked and felt very much like leather without the cost and sustainability issue, so very good. I liked the style of the shoe, but unfortunately the slingback wouldn’t stay on my heel. I’m not sure whether it was a design fault or just my feet which are quite narrow. Unfortunately, I had worn the shoes to go out in, so couldn’t return them. However, I would shop from the website again.

The jacket and belt arrived on time and securely packaged. I absolutely love my jacket. It looks almost like a genuine bikers jacket, although it is a lot lighter in weight, with fewer pockets and would not be suitable for use on a bike. However, looks wise, it fits the bill. I did a lot of research to find a vegan bikers jacket and I am happy with the results

I received a damaged pair of boots. I emailed customer service as it was suggested on their website and never heard back. It must have been at least two weeks already. Do not recommend.
