Loved the quality of sling bag - vegan leather seems real good , hoping to last longer. The shoes give cool vibes - delivery was prompt. Received in perfect condition

Really poor service from Matt and Nat. For some strange reason I felt like a school girl being told off by her headteacher throughout the whole ordering process. Too many rules and regulations ie:
- You can not return sale items
- You can only pay with your VISA no PayPal
- If you exchange an item we are not responsible for postage (which is substantial for a standard delivery service)
- You can not amend your order (even if you genuinely made an error)
- We are not responsible if your package / item arrives damaged - sort it out with the courier!

I hated the whole process! We are in 2023 Matt and Nat - be more flexible please … urgh! Shame as the products are good quality!

Ethical high-quality products & great delivery experience

I really like the bag it’s exactly what I was looking for, but the only reason I’ve put 3 stars is because I wasn’t happy with the packaging that the bag came in it was just in a clear plastic bag and a thin delivery bag. Being how pricy the bags are I was expecting the bag to come more protected like in a box so it doesn’t get damaged in transit, as being in just thin flimsy bags it can easily be damaged.

If you're looking for an ethical vegan brand, then I highly recommend Matt and Nat, I've purchased a few items from them now and have been delighted with all of them.

Belt is lovely - really great colour. Upper layer is starting to come off from where the buckle sits on it already after only 2 wears, which is a little disappointing. Expected more durability from matt&nat. The postage was extortionate! Paid it as I wanted the item. Assumed the postage was for a premium service but I was wrong. Item was sent standard delivery and arrived in a basic small plastic bag. A profit has almost definitely been made by matt&nat on the postage. I think they need to review on postage charges for smaller items.
Ultimately, I love the belt. But am nervous about the item’s longevity and feel disappointed by matt&nat overall.

I have been buying MATT & NAT for years now and I am also happy with my purchase.

I have bought many bags over the years but I always go back to Matt & Nat. Quality wins out and their bags are built to last. Stylish and classy. The bags stand the test of time as they are never out of fashion. After many years I am still using my black Sam but this year decided to treat myself to a summer colour and so got a new bag in Vanilla. It is great and I know it will last me for years and years.

I really appreciate that the company was an early supplier of vegan products and i wish to support them more, but I do have two things I would like to comment on. Firstly, be aware that you cannot return sale items. I overlooked this as this was new to me.
Secondly, it would be nice to see a greater use of plant based "leathers" rather than the "vinyls" they generally use. Tbh they aren't that comfortable in footwear.
However the sunglasses and other items they offer is a great plus and I hope this vegan company thrives.

Although products are great and online purchase journey was easy, they managed to not ship these by mistake and had to chase them a week later as tracking was not updating. The order was on 07/06 and they shipped them on 14/06.This was a shame because it was a gift and we missed the appropriate moment.
