Friendly customer services team
Friendly customer services team. Easy to contact by phone . Did not have to wait to be connected. Staff very professional and helpful . I was happy with the service

Value for money
The insurance contract offered by UIA not only provides great value but covers everything that I wanted in my insurance contract as standard. I am not expected to pay a voluntary rate of Excess unlike other insurance companies.

Great value for money and simple to understand the T&C's
Our annual householders insurance was up for renewal. Last year we used UIA as it was recommended through my union. this year when the renewal date was looming. UIA wrote to me quoting me for the renewal as well as a really clear outline of what was covered in the insurance. I compared this to other companies and found it very close to being the cheapest. I had no hesitation in going with them again

Insurance is by definition insurance…
Insurance is by definition insurance and as such is for me something that provides at least some assurance of peace of mind. This year's premium appeared to be beginning a trend of annual increases, that appear to be normal practice in the industry even when a customer has a record of no claims. This was the reason that we left our previous insurer. Would like to stick to UIA next year but time will tell.
