Not UGG boots, usually I’m pretty good at spotting a con, not this time. Don’t bother buying from UGGdirect, they certainly aren’t UGG, they’re Everau even though the invoice description is Mini Classic Ugg Boots.

Ordered 2 pairs -nappa leather mini UGGs - 1 in the wrong size. Both arrived and they are obvious fakes ie synthetic ‘plastic’ leather uppers and faux sheepskin inners. DO NOT BUY if you’re looking for authentic UGG boots. I have been conned well and truly!!!!

Ordered boots for my son in November for xmas, to make sure he got them on time. Quality was legitimate, but boots TWO SIZES TOO SMALL, despite marking showing correct size in Australian, but two sizes too small in Euro number. What??
Contacted them 2 days after xmas, about 6 weeks after online purchase/delivery - there is no human contact, no customer service just a bot that tells you too late, nothing to be done.

This company is not UGG, as I thought it was, given the name. Apparently there is no access once the item has been sent. It was not cheaper to buy them from this company, expensive boots that don't fit, due to their faulty sizing -- money gone. Feel like I've been scammed. Would not recommend shopping with them.

Ordered a pair of men's slippers, wrong size arrived, contacted UGG Direct, they insisted they were the correct size sent but I could ship them back at my own expense. What was the point as returning them would be nearly as expensive as the slippers, so my husband is wearing slippers two sizes too big. Very, very disappointed. I also had to pay duty, tax and clearance tax to receive 2 pair of boots £84.50 so maybe think twice before ordering.

Beautiful pair of UGG boots arrived. Delivery was faster than expected. Extremely pleased with purchase. Can’t wait to purchase from UGG direct again. Thank you UGG direct.

I bought slippers for my wife for Christmas and ordered them early to avoid the postal delay and the size is not a 6 as ordered but they are smaller, I asked for the next size up and they say it is outside the 30 days.
My wife is a definite size 6 with everyone except UGG direct.
This is not worth you wasting your money on this company

I have ordered from this company beginning of last December. When I ordered the price went up by the time I got to checkout regardless of the discount code. Had an email to say items are due to be delivered 11-1-24, received a letter today from parcelforce asking for £110. Custom and tax charges, totally unaware that I would have to pay this before I can have my order.

I have been waiting on a delivery that was meant to arrive on the 15th December, they are now telling me it was sent to America, I have asked for. A refund and they are refusing because they said they have to wait for the product to be returned....I don't have the product...I don't leave many reviews but felt I needed to.
Never again, in England returns are guaranteed no matter what and especially if you don't get the item.

I have purchased 7 pairs of UGG Boots and I have sent them to my family in Europe. Unfortunately I didn't check properly every box so I didn't realise that I got two right side boots in one of the boxes. After few months my family returned wrong pair to Australia and I contacted UGG Direct to check if they can fix mistake they made. Their representative told me that I am too late ( seven months since I purchased) and that they will do nothing to help me.

I found the boots I ordered to be of poor quality and ran small in size, so I had to return them.

Not only do you have to pay the return shipping (which is rare for online only stores) they have the nerve to deduct a $10 “restocking fee”. Yeah, its so hard to scan a box and put it back on the shelf.

I’ve never known any online store to do something so dodgy before. Especially considering you can’t try on, sizing varies a lot between styles, and the measurement method is unreliable.

All up I was out of pocket $26. Then it took them 10 days to actually process it from the day they confirmed receiving it back. I had to follow-up to get them to do that.

Would never use again UGG Direct again. Cheap products and bad service.

In comparison, I’ll stick with ‘UGG since 1974’ in future. They have beautiful quality products and superb service. They’ve just offered to repair my beloved old pair and are even paying the shipping. Their staff are also so lovely and helpful.
