The slippers actually arrived at the correct address. Since they were a gift, I really am pleased, because the invoice reflected a wrong address number. The size was perfect! The slippers are being enjoyed.

My first order in December of long 3 buttons grey uggs arrived as described with Ugg on the buttons and back. I then ordered a black Lower 2 button pair as I was very pleased with my first order. These look the same but say Everau on them on the buttons and back despite being advertised as Uggs! Having read these reviews I feel I have been Conned.

This is the worst online company i have ever dealt with, i purchased a pair of shoes which were too small i sent them back and never received a refund nor was i able to get through to anyone to rectify this , over $100 down the drain.

Really pleased with my 3 pairs ordered for Christmas presents. 2 pairs of slippers and mini ultra boots. Sizing is slightly out and I would recommend ordering size up but great quality and everyone pleased. Will definitely be ordering again from this site.

Bought slippers for $90 they were supposed to be a size 9 ladies but they were huge, asked for exchange, sent mine back straight away,
(checked with post office and Buisness received them within a couple of days) a month later I still had not received any exchange voucher or refund, long story short, after many unanswered emails, a phone call to them that was a recorded msg telling me to try emailing, which I had done multiple times with no answer, so frustrating, a month and a half later I opened a case with PayPal and a week later paypal refunded my money. Absolutely appalling company and non existent customer service. I never leave bad reviews but this company deserves it.

Customer service does not exist, please do not order from this company there is zero help, I never write bad reviews but this company is atrocious.

Fake UGG slippers shipped from Austrialia not UK it will cost £55 pounds to send back to receive a refund.

Ordered my mother-in-law her Christmas present from here, I live in Scotland, UK so I was expecting a higher delivery charge, I paid £21 delivery then I read the reviews and I was very on edge I kept emailing asking for a delivery date as I assumed I was not going to receive my order or that something would be wrong with them once they arrived, the slippers I received are true to size. I ordered a uk size 5 and that is what I received. They look exactly how they did in the pictures, delivery time was around 2 weeks maybe just under, I have the ‘shop’ app so they kept me up to date on my order progress. I cannot fault this company, I got what I ordered and I have no complaints. Thank you! 😊

Ordered a pair of uggs from here was a little sceptical after I ordered them then read the reviews. I have to say from ordering to shipment to receiving it has been a smooth process and was kept up to date each step of the the way. Would definitely use this company again

Nice uggs. Came one day earlier than expected. Real sheepskin. Good price, design and color. Will buy more if my daughter finds something that she likes.

Beware if ordering from UK, parcel subject to custom charges. 96 pounds to pay to get my parcel ! Customs Duty, Import VAT and Clearance Fee 🤬 Not the bargain I thought

Confirmed they have given me a fake tracking number. I have had to open a case with PayPal. Have not sent anything to my name and addresss. Disgusting scam company. Do not purchase. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and ordered these so I could wear them to the hospital. Should be absolutely ashamed.

I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers. I live in NZ and paid express shipping. Express shipping from Australia takes 2-3 days.

I got a tracking email from them in Danish! I sent an email complaining about that and asking about the delay. They said delivery can take between 3-13 business days presumably if they have to go to Europe.

On 27 June an email saying my order is on its way. I again complain about time.
I see now that the item has arrived at NZPost in Auckland that it was not picked up until 8 July! These people TELL LIES!! It sat with them for 9 DAYS!! Even after telling me it was “on its way”.

Will never buy from these people again. THEY TELL LIES ABOUT DESPATCH AND CHARGE YOU EXPRESS SHIPPING!!!

Do not order from this company unless you want to waste your money. My order has not been received after 3 weeks despite the delivery agent saying they haven't lost it. Ugg Direct refuse to answer 3 of my emails requesting a refund. I am reporting them to NSW Fair Trading as they are ripping people off and not providing even the most basic level of service. They are an absolute disgrace.

I ordered the Burleigh UGG Ankle Slipper and received the UGG Scuff Slippers that are nearly £30 cheaper I contacted them on 2nd February to notify them of their mistake but they still have not resolved the issue nearly a month later

product is not as advertised.
They sent me another completely another boot than the one I ordered online stay away be careful.
I’m trying to resolve the issue, but they are taking a lot of time answering me. I’m waiting for one week now and no resolution.
