Son, Dave (59) works on one project after another. He completed the Research Vessel he received on May 28, on July 1. He will be working on 2 more projects he got today. This has been a great hobby for him!

Good quality and arrived on time.

All went as described! No unpleasant surprises.

Always enjoy constructing these ingeniously engineered models! Well designed and lots of moving parts that challenges all levels of modelers.
Waiting for some new ones since I’ve built over 20 so far. Not a fan of the rubber band motors, though.

Product was received in a timely manner in good condition. Upon completion it looked really good with an actual lighthouse light. The only reason it didn't get 5 starts is because there were no gears.

The kit arrived on time and as specified. Very pleased with it. Ugears make high quality wooden models this is at least my tenth kit

All was fine until page 16 The parts used to close the tanks do not fit ! It's at this point I'm sorry I bought this thing I'm about to put it on the shelf of doom I'm not new to modeling I was looking for an easy build This wasn't it ! I can not recommend this kit ! I may try another of their kits as it was fun until I reached page 16 I have been trying for the last 2 days to make the parts fit Im extremely patient but its wearing thin I also think a bigger scale should have been chosen I've seen actual Saturn fives This kit does not do them justice ! Buyer beware !

Put incomplete address on package. Fedex had to phone me to get address.

I have done two Ugears models and about 4 ROKR models.
In my experience the Ugears pieces are cut poorly, not precise, and the instructions are not as clear as ROKR.
In particular assembling Ugears Wolf-01, very bad.
Piece 19 is out of date in the instructions, resulting in ambiguity about how to place it . . . very, very frustrating.
Also, the pieces are not well organised on the boards, so you have to go hunting on all boards to find the correct piece. They should be in numerical order across the boards, please. :)
Another problem example: piece 22 in the instructions is not exactly the same as the wood, so it looks like they have updated the wooden pieces and not updated the instructions!!
Yet I'm very pleased to say that the Wolf-01 works beautifully well, once completed. :)

I've assembled multiple models and I'm very happy with all of them. There are nice details, both decorative and mechanical. The instructions are rather clear, but require some attention to details. The models look and work great.

Ils se sont montré très responsable : j'avais une pièce manquante sur un model, un simple formulaire a remplir et voilà. Et ils se sont excusé des délais car c'est la guerre chez eux...

Unbelievably good product and service. I've just finished making the remarkably well made racing car and I'm amazed by the engineering that goes into these models. They go tother well, the instructions are clear and concise and what's more if you break a piece they'll send you a replacement free of charge! I'm hooked and will be ordering another one today!

Placed an order that has been misdelivered today - the photo of the delivery address is incorrect (and unknown to the addressee). Have been in contact with FedEx who can hopefully resolve the matter (collect it and deliver to the correct address).
Have tried to contact UGears - but have had email delivery failure for all four email addresses on the contact us page.
I fully understand that things can go astray in the post, but if FedEx cannot deliver, how am I supposed to contact UGears?

het bedrijf was telefonisch niet bereikbaar en
reageerde slecht op de mail.
Verder duurde het 21 dagen in plaats van 3-5 dagen
voor ik het afgebroken onderdeel opgestuurd kreeg

I’ve got an almost finished Pickup lumberjack model and I need another #7 card for the rear fenders because I broke the delicate flex area that makes the bend at one end.

Please help because you aren’t answering the emails for customer service

Update: found a way to order spare parts on their website so I should be good to go but the customer service could use some help like the emailing process plus I didn’t see the parts request option on the website the first couple of visits using my iOS device

Grundsätzlich super habe gerade die aero clock zusammen gebaut ein kleiner Fehler und der ganze Ballon ist zerbrochen in so einem Fall kann man alles wegwerfen und war umsonst.
Muss mich korrigieren man bekommt kostenlos alle Teile nach. Mir wurde dies leider falsch bekannt gegeben.
Meine neue Bewertung sind 5 Sterne
