Money over customers
Ordered 3 items at the beginning of December and by the beginning of January I still hadn’t received a dispatch email. I emailed them twice in regards to my order and never heard back. I filed a dispute with PayPal and the next day I had an email from uDiscover demanding I cancelled the dispute.
AVOID THIS STORE!
Holy hell, this is the worst Record Store ever, i ordered a Status Quo CD from here, as it wasnt available in the Store that i usually Use.
Its been over a Month, its already paid and i wrote them, but havent gotten a correct answer yet. AVOID THIS!
Absolutely terrible customer service
I ordered a few records from them about a month ago. They never arrived. I wrote to their customer service and after a week for a reply asking for the same information that I had I already supplied. I sent the information again to them (order #, etc.) and then did not hear back. I have followed up 4 more times but have not gotten a response. I have now contacted PayPal for a resolution as this is gone on for too long
The absolute worst store
I made two orders on November 8th !!!!
They did not send them and replied once a week. I managed to get them to send the parcel on November 31 !!!! But they sent it, some combined shipment and it does not track me. I wrote a complaint to Paypal and only then they replied that they would return money (not returned yet). This is the worst store in which I bought goods. I do not know how they still exist
Beware
Beware. I ordered the Guns n Roses box set on 11/30 at a killer price with free shipping. It is now 12/15 and no sign of my package yet. This was for a Christmas gift that I needed by the 16th. I’ve written them several times ( never mind their no multiple messages crap ) and continue to be told that it’s still in transit. However my UPS tracking number still lists it as “ order processed ready for UPS “. They are ruining my Christmas and don’t give a damn.I have given them until the 19th to get my box set to me which would be 25 days after my order. I am soon going to file a claim to try to get my money back and I will at that time also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That now are offering free priority shipping. BEWARE. It’s easy to offer free shipping if you don’t plan on shipping anything in the first place.
Have lied to me about orders
Have lied to me about orders, They said the albums were having production problems so I tested it. Bought from two other outlets and got my records.
They do not ship your orders. So, I will be contacting my bank and claiming FRAUD.
As with many, I’d prefer zero stars.
As with many, if I could give no star, I would. I ordered and paid for 2 LPs on Nov 8th, with shipping projected to be Nov 11th. Never shipped. Subsequent inquiries and cancellation requests have been ignored. I filed a claim with PayPal.
Scam of a company
Never again saw they were exclusive seller of Layla and Other Assorted Loves Songs 50th Anniversary box set. Order was supposed to deliver November 13. Still processing as of November 24. I have sent 3 emails only receive automated responses. Disputing charge with PayPal.
Makes Derek and the Dominos look bad they chose this scam of a company as exclusive distributor or their album.
Horrible customer service and still not shipped!
I ordered 4 Beatles lps on 11/9/20 that were all marked in stock and was told after placing order that they would ship on 11/11/20. On 11/16/20 when order still hadn't shipped I sent and email to support and received a robo response that someone would get back to me. Now 11/20/20 and no email or any contact from support. I will wait one more week and then file a dispute with PayPal. This is unacceptable, this order was suppose to be a gift. If the lps are on backorder at least respond.
Horrible service
Preordered a 2CD/Blu-ray set that was to release on 10/9/2020. Order showed estimated ship date of 10/9/2020. As of 10/13/2020 it still had not shipped, so I sent an email asking about the status. The order was changed to Shipped, but they did not reply.
On 10/15/2020 the order arrived, but it was the 2 vinyl LP version of the release, not what I ordered. So I contacted them to get a replacement. A week later on 10/22/2020 I finally received a return shipping label for the vinyl and was told that a replacement of the correct item could take up to 10 business days AFTER they receive the vinyl. I sent the vinyl back that day.
On 10/27/2020 the vinyl was delivered to them.
As of 11/11/2020 no replacement shipped, no response to emails, had to open a dispute with PayPal. All of a sudden they respond saying that they cannot refund my money unless I cancel the dispute. NEVER heard that before.
11/12 PayPal email me that the dispute was resolved in my favor.
After waiting more than a month, I ordered the item from Amazon and it will be here tomorrow.

uDiscover did a great job getting my vinyl to me. It was delayed by the pressing plant but they had great communication every step of the way.
45 days and the order hasn't shipped
45 days and the order hasn't shipped. Finally just gave up and filed a PayPal claim against them. Have ordered in the past and it's always slow and customer service is almost non-existent. Good deals but don't bother.
uDiscover is a scam
I’ve ordered multiple times - and had no trouble until the last order. It was placed 6 weeks ago. After numerous email exchanges ( these guys over promise and under deliver).
The order was never filled and am now fighting for the refund (was told their refund dept is swamped and they’ll get to me soon - yea right). Buyers Beware.

I received a damaged item and emailed. Although they took a while to respond (It was during the Covid situation) They replaced the item immediately, thought I'd have a nightmare having read some of the reviews on here, but they turned up trumps. Gave them 4 stars rather than 5 because of the delay in replying, but I was very pleased in the end.

They Do Not Care
I received a heavily damaged item that was packaged next to no packaging at all and I have sent emails with no responses at all.
This item was terribly expensive. I am livid at the complete lack of anything close to customer support.
And, you can't call them. Thumbs down on this bunch. Not recommended whatsoever.

Took a while, but the box arrived in pristine condition.
Maybe uDiscover should communicate more about the status of the article in question. Definitely no scammers!
