Very poor packaging
Been waiting for an order to arrive which it now has, and cannot believe the dreadful packaging for a £150 box set.
The item was wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap and then put in a polythene bag! Need less to say, that is not sufficient packaging to stand up to the rigours if the mail system, and I now have a damaged item which is completely sold out.
Why do these big companies not care about packaging when they're selling collectors items?
I am both filming and disappointed. Looks like I'll have to return it, and be left without the box set I've waited for, as I refuse to pay top dollar for a damaged item.
I note there's nowhere to add my order number here, which basically goes to show they don't care.

Super, love the records and got it on time. Best packaging from any other record company that i got. super prices. will be back.
When i got some offers from uDiscover, i wanted find out more about them and got so many bad reviews which was a caused for concern given i have not heard about this company before. i almost did not buy from them because of all the negative reviews, which would have been a shame. One think i notice on the internet, people like to leave negative review over positive. That is why i made a point to leave a review. I missed out on GNR Limited box because of poor reviews.
also if you packaged is damaged by shipping company, do not give the shipper the bad review.

Terrible Customer Experience
On August 19, 2021, I ordered Musiq Soulchild, AIJUSWANASEING (Limited Edition 2LP) on purple vinyl. I received the black vinyl edition and not purple. I immediately reached out to customer service to report the error, including pictures of the vinyl and a screen capture of the item for sale on their website. Emails between customer service and me went back and forth for over two months. Nobody at UDiscover would take any ownership of their mistake. All they kept doing was apologizing, and would inform me higher ups were reviewing the matter. The need for constant contacts was a waste of my time and downright frustrating. Thankfully, I was still in my PayPal buyer protection window. I initiated a claim to be refunded. Nobody from UDiscover even responded to this action. They didn't even know I was refunded initially which goes to show the incompetence of this company. I'll never do business with them again.
Horrible customer service!!!
Preordered a Christmas album. It came in a timely fashion...packed in super thin box with no cardboard backing or padding or fragile id anywhere on package. Opened the box and the sealed record was mangled. Deep creases all over from where the box and therefore, record cover, was bent all the way flush. No phone number, so sent in a request via email with clear pics. Got the ol' we'll give you a 10% refund notice. Haha, i wish i could include pics here. Ridiculous customer service. Wish i read these reviews earlier before ordering. For the naysayer post, just keep ordering. You'll run into this soon enough.
My issue is with customer service
My issue is with customer service. My Stones album Some Girls side two first song skips on the last line of the song. I could live with a move forward skip but this one gets stuck and repeats over and over. When contacted they gave me instructions to check to see if my player was the issue, “try playing another album not received with this order, if you have the same issue it’s your player”. Seriously? So twice I’ve been asked to send pictures showing damage. I don’t see damage but it sure the hell skips. Going on 2 weeks now and we are still going back and forth. Never again from these guys.

I would give them a 5 star. The problem is, the company they use for delivery (Fedex) is incapable of doing their job. Yes, no phone numbers. But every contact I did they responded.
You may wonder what fedex did? I live in allen park mi home of the Detroit Lions practice facility. That's where they delivered it. Thank goodness the USPS saw it & picked it up.

The worst service ever!!!
Terrible experience so far!!! They sent me a damaged record (not damaged in transit as the package was in perfect condition). I contacted them asking how I should proceed. First, they attempted to blame the delivering carrier and asked for pictures of the damage. After I proved to them that the record was shipped damaged from them, they only offered me a 10% discount. I said "no", that I wanted a replacement record sent. We went back and forth for almost 2 weeks before they agreed to send me a return shipping label. I sent the record back immediately, and after tracking it, it showed that the record had delivered to them. I asked when the replacement would be sent, and was told that the carrier delivered to the incorrect location & that they would need to investigate (how is this my problem?). I told them that it delivered to the address that they provided via the return label...no response for a week. Finally (after 2 more e-mails) they told me that they had received the record back and that a replacement would be sent ASAP. It has now been 8 days since they told me that they would be sending the replacement, and no record! Just sent yet another follow-up email asking when the replacement will ship. This is the last time that I will ever deal with this company, and I am sharing this story with as many of my fellow record collectors as possible. This is by far the worst service that I have ever received from any company!!!

I strongly advise against buying from this shop because they are totally unreliable.
There is no phone number to call and when you write an email, they reply with automatic messages that are only for them to take time.
I was lucky because I used payment systems that guarantee you in case of incorrect sellers.
I got a full refund but certainly not thanks to them.
If you use credit cards as payment, you risk losing the money paid.
Be very careful and don't shop from them.

I saw the reviews so I was a little sketchy about ordering.However I had no problems whatsoever.Tracking number was sent in about 3 days, and my record came in about 4-5 weeks.
Worst experience ever.
Ordered a record on pre order back in August 2020. It was expected to ship early October, the next update I got after paying them was in December that my order will delay (oh really). Next month another update that there's a delay, and another, and another. Meanwhile I'm trying to mail 3 different addresses of costumers service to get a real answer or even cancel the order (of course you can't automatically cancel the order because it's still a "PRE-order"). Then on the 26th of March, more than half a year after ordering and paying over 50 bucks, I get an email that my order is confirmed and the next day another email saying it's shipped. 3 days later, they say they can't actually deliver the record and will refund me, but offer me to buy a different record by the band. Worst experience ever, will never order from this site even if it'll cost me double.

I bought four records and they arrived quickly free shipping through UPS. I was very pleased with my purchase and all of the records arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely shop again.
Don’t Listen to the Naysayers
I don’t know what these other people are talking about. I ordered an LP that was sold out literally everywhere except for on UDiscover so I signed up and got a great sign-up offer of 20% off my order which brought my order under $20. Which is amazing since this same album was being sold for $80-$100 elsewhere. I placed my order on 03.08.21 and received it on 03.11.21. My item was shipped in a secure box and was in pristine condition when I received it. So take your chances because they are 100% a legit company.

On August 8 2020 I was ordered A copy of Guns n roses Greatest Hits Limited Edition.
I ordered while knowing that it should expected to ship on September 25, 2020.
At the beginning of October 2020 I contacted them.
Till that day - So many inquiries been sent and every time - same answer that they dont know when it will back to stock!
(So why you did not stated at the beginning - "Not in stock" ?!)

Ordered (2) exclusive color vinyl's from uDiscover. When arrived, realized they sent (2) standard black vinyl copies instead of the color vinyl copies. Mistakes happen- I get it; although they were apparently fully aware the item's I ordered were sold out, and sent along the other's anyways. When people order a certain product, they expect a certain product to arrive. At that point they should have contacted me to see IF I was interested in the black vinyl copies, or if I'd like a refund. But no, they just sent out the black vinyl copies, and probably hoped I wouldn't notice or care. Anyways, I let them know after realizing their error, to which they did get right back to me. But instead of what should have been a quick and painless return, took almost a month and a half to finally get a refund. Literally weeks and weeks of their representatives telling me they were "looking into" the matter, "checking", and "figuring things out". Know things are probably a little crazy for them, with the pandemic and whatnot. But to have no less than 7 different representatives who couldn't just give me a straight answer as to what was taking so long is beyond ridiculous. I wasn't even in a hurry with the refund, but you can tell right away when a company is trying to give you the runaround. And long story short, will absolutely never be making any more purchases through this waste of a site again.
Unlike others, I've always received a good service!
Used them a handful of times for vinyl and box sets and always received items very quickly. Also quickly processed a refund without fuss.

The informed me that an order had been shipped, but after a week, the UPS tracking information had never been updated and only showed that a shipping label had been created. The one response that I received from Udiscover was dishonest in claiming that UPS had just failed to scan the item and that UPS did have it. UPS reported to me that they had not received it. After that one response, uDiscover did not respond to any further inquiries. Ultimately, even the tracking number was withdrawn; however, the order was not refunded. Accordingly, I have had to turn the matter over to my credit card company. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

When I was reading other reviews, I’ve truly lost my hope that my parcel will come to me. But finally my CD arrived in 20 days, in spite the fact that I’m from Europe (so it was supposed to come in 7-10 days). Despite this I’m quite satisfied with the service.
I am appalled by how bad this company…
I am appalled by how bad this company is. I ordered records and cd's a month before Christmas. I was charged immediately after the order was placed on line. No written confirmation was given. A partial shipment was made well after Christmas. Now they are stalling on completing the order. They are not reachable by telephone and not responsive to email. THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND HORRIBLE.
