uDiscoveryMusic are the worst
I placed an order and after a week of no change in status or communication that order was changed to UNFUFILLED. And no other info was made available.
So I contacted them, at first to ask what that means. No response.
I ahve sent four more messages and gotten no response. I spent $400 on LPs from them. This was a gift. As I am disabled and on disability and this was supposed to be something to cheer me up.
Now I get the feeling the money is gone, the records will not appear and I have just been scammed.
Do not use uDIscoverMusic. Buy anywhere else but there. They may be the largest but clearly they are the worst. Because I ordered from three other sites at the same time and all three have not only delivered but they have been friendly and even given me bonuses with my orders.
UDiscoverMusic contracts out to a third party to do customer service and clearly they suck massively too.

Absolutely the worst company that I've ever bought vinyl records from in my entire life. Not only they sent me the wrong records and charged me wrongly for taxes, they also have the worst customer service that I've ever encountered that you will wait weeks for receiving any answer from. It's literally impossible to provide worse level service to your customer, unless you are a scammer that never sends out his records... but frankly if I never received my order here, I'd open PP claim so I'd get my money back, so I think this would have turned out for me better. Anyway - I got wrong color records for which I overpaid to have them shipped from overseas, as the normal blacks are readily available in my area for 1/3 of the price I paid here. I had waited months for them to ship it due to delays. After figuring out I got the wrong ones, I decided to let them know, and here starts the craze - THEY WON'T SEND ME THE PROPER ONES BECAUSE THEY HAVE SHIPPED THEM MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AGO AND I CANNOT APPLY FOR ANY RETURN. LITERALLY MONTHS OF DELAYS TO HAVE THIS SHIPPED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEY TELL ME THEY SHIPPED IT OVER 2 MONTHS AGO WHILE THE SHIPPING ALONE LASTED MORE THAN THIS DUE TO CUSTOMS. I feel scammed, buyers beware of purchasing from them - for international buyers, if you receive your records damaged or incorrect, you can only dream of returning them in case there is something wrong. This is my first review on trustpilot ever so this says a lot about my dissatisfaction about their service. Even if they were the only place on earth to buy some records of my grail's list for a fair price, I would never do it again.

Habe hier 2x bestellt. Leider wurde mit dem Versand der ersten Bestellung gewartet bis auch alle Artikel aus der 2. Bestellung verfügbar waren. Dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug. Dann ging aber alles fix und geliefert wie bestellt!

I got my stuff finally, so I am updating the review! Packaging pretty good actually so that’s a plus. But otherwise….Yup, same as everybody else here. Sucks. Their website is full of awesome cool stuff at decent prices, who in their right mind thinks they have any of this stuff in stock? Easy to get sucked in. They charge your card as soon as you place the order, then they go find your stuff “eventually”. No communication, and delivery dates are all computer generated, when you click on your order, it just adds a week! Bricks and Mortar or die. F@&k these guys. Just like Funko Popsonline….
No delivery, no refund, terrible customer service
Ordered a Christmas album in November, and the website said it would arrive early December. Once it shipped (two weeks later), the estimated delivery date was January 4. I contacted the company to see if I could cancel because I wouldn't need a Christmas album in January, and they wouldn't cancel since it had shipped. They told me to refuse the delivery upon arrival (lol) On January 4, the album was marked as delivered but nowhere to be found. I once again, contacted the company. I was told I would receive a full refund. Two weeks later, I received a follow-up email stating that the previous email was incorrect, and I needed to file a claim with a third-party insurance company. I emailed back for clarification, and did not receive a response for three more weeks, and when I did, it was just a copy/paste of the same email stating I needed to go through a third party. Absolutely ridiculous.

I received an email that I would receive it in early January and I have yet to receive my order. Upon trying to contact this company, ALL that I get is an email stating that they will look into it This has gone on for a week without ANY clarification Red Flags. BEWARE of these FRAUDSTERS

Purchased $60 worth of items from them. Was told the items were going to be delayed and was given the option to cancel the order. I cancelled the order and was told I'd receive a refund in 3-10 days. Over 2 weeks went by, not a word from them. Finally I file a dispute with my credit card, and they get back to me nearly a month later saying they won't deal with me until I close the dispute. Still haven't gotten it resolved. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from their site.

Ich habe im Februar eine Schallplatte bestellt mit 2 LPs. Leider war dies jedoch nicht LP 1 (Side A+B) und LP 2 (Side C+D), sondern doppelt LP 1 (Side A+B). Nach mehrfachen anschreiben vom Kundenservice gibt es kein Verständnis oder Lösungsvorschlag dazu. Werde dort nie wieder bestellen, da sie mir nicht das bieten was ich gekauft habe.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Delay after delay, no real communication and selling stuff they don't even have stock of. They've already cost me the chance at one release and have delayed another shipment by over a month. Have tried to cancel but they will not respond!

I purchased 2 copies of a limited edition vinyl of the Sundays (Reading, Writing). Was very happy to have found a place to buy them. They shipped via USPS (first mistake) and they wouldn't give me the albums because they shipped in two separate boxes and used only one tracking number. So the post office sent them back. I immediately emailed customer service and requested that they put them in one box and send back to me.
Their CS is so awful. It took 3 or 4 days to get a response from them and all they did was ask me what I wanted to do. I ALREADY REQUESTED THAT THEY SHIP IT BACK TO ME IN ONE BOX. So I told them AGAIN what I needed them to do. 4 days later, I get another response from them telling me that they are out of stock! And of course it's limited edition so they won't be getting any more. They asked if I'd like to pick out something else. NO! I want what I paid for.
Anyway... every three or 4 days they respond to email telling me that they can't do anything and they won't tell me why they didn't resend the package to me correctly to begin with. Just a terrible experience and I STILL haven't been refunded. DO NOT order from this company.
Awful communication
Pre-ordered the limited edition green vinyl of Paul Weller - Wild Wood with a release date of 14/10. The day arrived but I had had no dispatch confirmation. I could see on Twitter that other stores had it in stock so I was confused as to why I hadn't received anything.
I asked via live chat what was going on. Supposedly they hadn't had their stock come in yet. So why did every other store have it?
The worst thing is that clearly they knew this but couldn't be bothered to inform customers via a quick email. What dreadful customer service! Well, they've lost a customer. Will never order from them again.
The only redeeming feat was the live chat staff, who immediately offered a refund. I quickly reordered elsewhere.
I purchased a Let it Be picture disc…
I purchased a Let it Be picture disc from this website. It shipped, no problem. On receiving the vinyl, it is NOT a picture disc but a rerelease. Contacted them and was told that it was no problem, I would receive a prepaid return label. New service agent says no, I received the correct item according to the bar code. Still able to return but must pay for shipping. I have sent a picture of the listing. As a consumer, how would we know if the bar code was actually for a different product! Ridiculous! Would not recommend purchasing from there, customer service horrible!!!

I bought a Lana del rey Ultraviolence alt cover repress from here cause it was sold out everywhere else, it shipped the day it said it could and came the exact estimated arrival I was a bit worried hearing from these feedback of others getting stuff they didn’t order but mine came in perfectly and I would definetly buy again from then 10/10 experience
