Received the item timeously - have not yet used it but look forward to having a good experience without damaging my gums etc.

UDENTAL PRO was defective after 2 weeks. To date I have not received a s the return Thank God it was a gift!

Item stopped working after a week or so, asked for a refund, but was sent another unit instead. It doesn't clean my teeth, my electric toothbrush does a better job. I have again requested to return both items and get a refund, which they have refused, due to hygiene issues. So much for their 30 day money back guarantee. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! Will be contacting my bank, as I paid over $100.

The item was advertised for just under $60 NZ..however over $90 was taken from my account. I requested a refund and to return the item...only to find I had to return the item to a suspect address in France...at a cost of $113.00 NZ. Very disappointed in the item also, I feel I still need to floss..then brush with a standard
toothbrush before using this item with whitening agent added (also not mentioned in advertising) to do the job. I do not recommend and feel totally ripped off.

This company has a customer service number that is constantly busy. When I emailed for a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, Alexander wrote back that they could not refund the $59. I have contacted my Visa company to dispute this and requested a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Una estafa en toda regla.
Llevo desde antes del 31 de enero del 2023 pidiendo el reembolso del pedido que hice y después devolví en tiempo y forma. Y desde entonces me están dando largas y ahora me dicen (después de tres meses de disputas y contestaciones diversas) que el dinero ya ha sido enviado a PayPal el seis de enero y que sea yo el que tiene que hacer la disputa con PayPal ( PayPal fue el medio de pago que utilicé).

I entered my information, but NEVER hit the send button to order. Lo and behold, my bank account was hit the next day for the $59 plus Dollars! ILLEGAL AS HELL!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!!!

No sirve para limpiar los dientes y de blanquearlos, ni hablar. No sustituye el cepillo y su limpieza.

It is a good product and I love how it makes my teeth feel.

Es una verdadera estafa, tardaron mas de mes y medio en enviarlo, ya tengo un mes usandolo y no me funciona igual que un buen cepillo de dientes.

Tampoco viene ningun intructivo para saber como usarlo correctamente.

It seems to be a good design. The clean was not quite as vigorous as I expected. The purchase did not include toothpaste so I used OralB 3D toothpaste that I had bought recently. The order arrived promptly.

I am so happy that i ordered UDental. This is the best teeth washing method i tried.
I use to push my teeth too hard together when brushing with a normal toothbrush and thats bad i know. But UDental really changed my brushing experience the best way possible.

Do NOT waste your money please! It's not what they say it is. It does not clean your teeth. You can't use ordinary toothpaste on it. If you buy it you'll, like me, end up with yet another useless gadget clogging up space. Plus you can get them for half the price elsewhere. Also important: although apparently you can return it within 30 days, you can only do that if it's unused. Well how can you tell whether it's any good if you can't try it?!
Don't be as gullible as I was please and don't waste your money!
