Great customer service and communication. Would highly recommend. I bought the nail pens to try to do my own nails, as they have suffered after years of acrylics. I am amazed that I can do them myself although I do need a bit more practice! Just a little disappointed that they do chip quite easily, but it's a good excuse to change colour! Thinking I may need to use 2 or more top coat layers to protect from chipping. Would love to be able to buy pens individually as well as in a set.

Application is nice but quality is terrible, came off almost immediately after applying with base and top coat

The order came damaged, need to apply base and top coat, no instructions and it doesn’t work at all anyways so waste of money. Can’t get free return from overseas through website so wasted money.

Easy to use. Colours were great and even when applied. Does remove easily when changing colour required.
Used for toes and is very hard wearing.

Product arrived quickly nicely packaged. First time using this I was a bit unsteady with it. Have used it again did a better job this time. Applied it 4 days ago did two top coats. It has worn very slightly at the edges but other wise looks great still. I have had a few compliments on how nice my nails look. I really like this product. I have done housework and my normal day job so this product has done really well.

Although these nail varnishes are easy to apply the quality is awful. It took an absolute age to get to me and I think the longest they stayed on my nails without chipping was roughly three Hours!! I would definitely not recommend these for the simple reason of the longevity of the varnish. It’s ok if you want to keep topping up the nails every 5 mins but that’s not what a nail varnish is meant to do really!

What absolute rubbish these pens are. Having experience with applying nail varnish I thought after reading reviews these would be good and easy to apply, especially to take on holidays. How wrong was I, I tried them to get the hang of applying before taking on holiday, very streaky having to go over a few times. Once they had dried the looked awful not the standard I would have expected. Within 1 hour one of my nails had a big chip in. Eventually I just peeled the rest off my nails off.
What a waste of money.

The colours are lovely and the pens are very easy to apply. I used the base coat, 2 coats of polish and a top coat yesterday. Last night I was very happy with the result. BUT, today the polish has come off the tips of all my nails after a bit of light washing up and washing my hands a few times.
I am very disappointed.

Dont waste your money on this product. Its absolutely rubbish . It was off the ends of my nails within a few hours and chips very easy. Sent email to them to ask about their refund policy and for a refund but had no reply so customer services are as bad as their product

I watched the instruction video and followed it to the letter. Pens were dry, results streaky and ugly. Really not worth it. Stick to quality base, colour and top coat. Don't waste your money on this.

Please do not waste your money on this product. Honestly have been so so disappointed. After seeing all the hype for this product online and the ease of using the pens to do your nails. What a complete let down! Poor quality polish and it doesn’t even last 5 minutes. Avoid buying this product and just get some regular polish from Boots or Superdrug. Absolute waste of money and such a scam!

Easy to apply and dries quick but chips off very quickly and easily.

So simple to use, quick drying, long lasting with an amazing professional looking finish

This is peel-off polish but they don't say it. I actually like peel-off polish, can never stand it for longer than a day, but it would be nice to know in advance.

Expensive peels off far too easy not impressed considering the cost its not any easier to put on than normal nail Polish needs several coats then peels off only did it last night terrible product

Really overpriced for very cheap looking varnish that chips after not even a day of wear. Applying also takes time. It's quicker to use a brush

The darker colours apply well and dry quickly, however the lighter colours are terrible. I applied 5 coats of the light pink and there was still not full coverage. The top and base coat take ages to dry, taking away from the convenience of how quickly the pens dry. They chip so easily, I haven't managed to keep the colour for 24 hours
