Ordered both the large and small size skull cups - really pleased with them, beautiful ! Can't fault the packaging, and the cups came within a week or so. Chuffed to have both sizes, they make coffee look so brutal!

The advertisement kept popping up on my Ista feed, and I was sceptical at first! But I had been to a cafe earlier in the year when life was normal and you could go out into the world and they had the Juliet glass tea cups, i fell in love the the heart shaped tea. So I decide that I would buy them as I had seen them in the flesh! Has I am lucky that Black Friday coincides with my birthday (yea!) I popped a two pack of the Juliet glass 240ml into my basket, and also two of the Christmas tree (star wishing cup) They arrived at my UK Essex address 11th December, they where really packaged well, and my glasses are amazing. I had to contact Udarely with an quality issue with the Christmas tree mug (hairline crack) and the replied to my email within 24hrs and at a weekend! not only are they sending me a replacement tree mug, they are also sending me a second as a gift! I will no doubt be buying more from such a fantastic company, and recommending them! I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

After receiving two of my orders slightly damaged, they were so helpful and understanding. I wrote an email regarding each order, and explaining the issues, with images of the damage. They were apologetic and have provided replacements ASAP, they’re on their way as we speak. They were quick to respond and had everything sorted within 12 hours of my emails.

I couldn’t have asked for better costumer service.

I ordered 4 units of one of Udarely's products and only received 2 of them. Amazing packaging, I was very relieved that whatever was in there would not break. But I only had two, so I contacted their client service. They answered within hours and gave me a set of solutions I was very pleased with (refund, send the missing units plus a complimentary apology or a voucher for a bit more than the refund price).
I chose to get the extra units as I was in no hurry but I still wanted them. Using Facebook messenger made it all easier, as I could chat from all my devices and not worry I was closing the chat from their website. Also, speaking to someone you know is human made it much more pleasant.
Solutions were great and now I can't wait to receive my new products! Thank you very much.

Amazing product!!! I ordered the fir double walled cup (christmas tree) and it’s my favorite mug now. The quality is amazing and I love the design! It’s better than my expectations, definitely worth the money.

The package took longer than expected but once I received it I was happy with my product.

I purchased the Fir Double-walled Cups and they arrived in tact and just like what was in the pictures.

Really excited to receive my skull glasses, waited almost a month to get it. Did NOT even get to use the glass because as I washed it, the glass breaks. clearly glass is too thin and cheap. overly priced, but more importantly just very disappointed I expected more..

When shopping I selected my countries currency, yet I found out later that it was still showing American dollars. I was only offered $4.99 refund despite the actual difference being significantly more than this. I wouldn't trust their pricing and don't be surprised if you get a much higher charge on your bank statement. Avoid!!!
