I had a great experience with this brand. My first order was not successfully delivered due to an issue with the local post office. UDARELY customer service promptly dispatched another set and were available to answer my questions along the way. When the items finally arrived, one broke almost right away - I think the glass was a bit too thin on that piece - and they sent another two as a replacement. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. I also love the pieces I bought; I'd been eyeing them for months and was so glad I went for it.

I bought 10 glasses.
The product was of very satisfying quality. When the package arrived, unfortunately one glass was broken, even though it was well packed.
Since it is an international mail, I think that such an unfortunate accident is unavoidable.
I attached a photo to the support and told them that the glass was damaged, and on the same day I received a polite reply and was able to arrange a replacement product. With a gift of apology!
I'm Japanese, but I don't think there are many Japanese companies that provide such great support.
I highly recommend it.

The order arrived in two weeks, very well protected. All right. I found a glass with a small manufacturing defect, I contacted after sales and immediate response. very kind and they sent me two new glasses in 10 days. unbeatable. The glasses are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent service. I encountered problems with an order as the courier had lost the package, I contacted Customer Service and they promptly knew how to help me. They were really kind and professional. Also the products I bought are really well made and beautiful.

I bought two of the skulls glasses as a gift for my husband, who loved them. One arrived damaged, but they sent me a replacement set. Overall really pleased with them, they look great. I'd definitely shop here again.

Blown away by their customer service! Everything from the package delivery updates, to the careful packaging, to the quick responses and kind comments via Instagram DM - everything was seamless. And the skull glasses I bought were even more beautiful in person than the photos! This company is amazing with customer service. Others should take note. I had a small defect in one of the 4 glasses I bought. They not only replaced mine but gave me an extra as a gift. They were fast and friendly. I look forward to buying from them again! #udarely

I purchased some items from Udarely and unfortunately they got lost in the post and couldn’t be tracked. Alex in the customer service team was amazing and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process! When they arrived, they were amazing and very much worth the wait.

Responsive and helpful customer service. My order broke in the mail, they swiftly sent a new one. The second one broke too but differently from the first (Lee Mug has 3 segments) so it was all good in the end.
