I went and got Luxiaojun lifters instead
I have had the tyrsport L-1 lifters for a couple of years. When i got them I couldnt have been happier. A decent shoe, whilst expensive, i was lucky enough to get the through weightlifting club. They have lasted well and did a decent job.
So much so I went for an upgrade. I spent over £500 on new lifters, cxt-2’s and some other clothing only for their european depo to play silly-buggers. Not answering emails, a fraud prevention block on my account order (even though i paid in full on credit card), randomly refunding part of the order due to “issues with stock accounting”, basically over selling a product and generally passive aggressive responses yo emails.
I pushed for a full refund after 3 weeks of no correspondents stating i would take it up with the bank. Suffice to say i got my money back quickly, as they probably didn’t even have the product in stock.
Instead I remembered how much a friend rated luxiaojun lifters. I can honestly say from the moment you open the parcel to first lift they are head and shoulders above Tyr.

Better quality and really feel like you get what you pay for.
Come in a luxurious box with shoe bags too.
I wanted to stick with Tyr. But their European distribution isnt working and i ain’t waiting about for them. Let’s see how these Pandas get on at strongman in a few weeks. 💪

Placed a total of 5 orders of which only 1 was okay-ish.
Items are oversold during sales and there is no information from the support that the stock has run out until you reach out to them yourself. The customer service is unresponsive, takes 4 reminding emails to receive a response that the order is canceled and a refund will be initiated.
Orders are declared to take up to 5 business days to deliver. It takes at least 2 weeks for the order to be processed ant additional 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
Sizes do not match their declared size chart which they do not take any responsibility.
Return fees are outrageous.

Schuhe wurden im Angebot bestellt mit Bestätigung. Nach fast 2 Monaten ohne Reaktion vom Kundenservice und dauerhaftem Status "in Bearbeitung" wurde mir nach einer weiteren Nachfrage, nach dem Status, mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung storniert wird, da die Modelle ausverkauft seien.
Danke für nichts, schlechter geht es kaum.

Ordine esuito il 5 gennaio, siamo al 17 gennaio e nonostante diversi solleciti non ho ricevuto le informazioni di tracciamento dell'ordine.
Hanno risposto solo ad una delle mie email, il 12 gennaio, in cui mi hanno comunicato che l'ordine era stato bloccato per un non meglio precisato rischio di frode.
io di frode ne vedo solo una, ho pagato con paypal spero valga la coopertura assicurativa

Tyr.eu peggior sito sul quale abbia mai (NON) acquistato scarpe da Crossfit! Pacco rispedito al mittente dopo essere giunto in Italia,quasi 1 mese di attesa, e scarse notizie a riguardo!
Mala gestione del cliente da parte del Support che liquida la pratica con “ci dispiace “ abbiate pazienza.
Noto con dispiacere di non essere l unico ad aver subito IL MEDESIMO trattamento da parte della compagnia.

Scarpe mai viste, ordinato e dopo un mese si era mosso qualcosa ma quando il pacco stava arrivando è tornato indietro per assenza di informazioni sulla consegna!!!

Ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 8th. Half of the order (one of two T-shirts) was delivered on Jan 8th.
I emailed to ask for a refund for the other T-shirt, but the address on the website was unrecognised.

I'm now submerged with useless texts and emails, for "exceptional offers" on their website, where no product is available
No stock, no choice, buggy website, sky high prices for just average goods...

Do not use! You won’t get the product
Terrible service, ordered a pair of shoes that apparently got lost in transit so they said they would refund me. I decided to get a different pair which they then messages after 2 weeks to say it was nil stock and refunded me. I still haven’t received the refund from the first pair and there isn’t any correspondence.
Unacceptable Service - No Communication or Shipping Updates
I placed my order on December 8th. After a few days, I contacted them to inquire about shipping and was told it would take 1-5 days. It has now been 6 days since then, and the order still hasn't been shipped. They have stopped responding to my messages entirely. There is no customer support available, and no concrete information has been provided. This is completely unacceptable.

Ein paar Schuhe im Sale bestellt. Leider zu klein. Rücksendungsportal fehlerhaft. Support angeschrieben, einen anderen Link zur Rücksendung bekommen (Warum nicht gleich richtig machen?).
Mal abgesehen davon, dass 14€ Versand gezahlt wurden, werden nun auch ~12€ "Bearbeitungsgebühr" vom Erstattungspreis abgezogen. Nun bleibe ich auf ca. 26€ Versand und Bearbeitungsgebühr sitzen. Danke für nichts.
Der Support auch schriftlich unfassbar unfreundlich. Ohne jegliche Anrede und Begrüßung geschrieben.
Dieser Laden wird defintiv in Zukunft gemieden. Einmal und nie wieder. Ich werde Familie und Freunden auch davon abraten dort zu kaufen!

Their site clearly stated a sitewide sale but once I spent ages finding shoes and sizes i desired, it transpired that some items were not a part of deal. Went to speak to an advisor who simply said ‘oh there must be some mistake, but we can’t honour that offer.
Occasion 2: received an email saying L2 lifters were €100 on this day, and sent this news to several friends. 3 friends managed to get this offer, but myself and 4 others could not. I sent an email to customer services ON THAT DAY and asked if there was an issue and how to work around it- I received an email 4 days later saying ‘i dont see this offer on site so cant help you sorry’.
The customer service agent is a one man band, and she’s diabolical. They seem to think they can advertise what they want and just not honour it.
The shoes themselves are good. Ive been to some conventions and bought cxt2s and RNR1’s and they are great, its just such a shame that the website and customer service is so woefully bad that I dont want to deal with them anymore.

Compré por blackfriday una zapatillas y el pago fue sencillo y enseguida me llegó un aviso de ok a la compra. No volví a tener noticias de la web hasta 6 días después que abrí una solicitud de información, momento en el que empezó a actualizarse el pedido y curiosamente las zapatillas me llegaron el día siguiente (no pudieron enviarlas el día anterior y que venían de Europa a España)

- choosing the correct size is a nightmare ... I used their AI tool and received a size 44 (EUR) while I'm 45 and using 46 for sport shoes ...
- Cost of sending back is 10€
- advice of customer service is non existant
- I went back to the site and looked for the size using my foot lenght in cm, and it says I need a size 14 US, not sure I can trust this and loose another 10€ if I'm Wrong....
So ended up ordering Reebok nano x5 instead ...

Ich habe ein Paar Schuhe bestellt, das laut tyr.eu-Webseite verfügbar war. Nach der Bestellung wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass kein einziges Exemplar lieferbar sei – angeblich wegen defekter Ware. Statt einer proaktiven Lösung wurde mir lediglich eine Stornierung angeboten, obwohl der Artikel weiterhin als „verfügbar“ online gelistet blieb.
Ich habe mehrfach um eine konkrete Angabe gebeten, wann die Schuhe wieder lieferbar sind – ohne Erfolg.
Es wirkt, als wolle man Bestellungen zum günstigeren Summer-Sale-Preis absichtlich nicht ausführen, in der Hoffnung, die Schuhe später teurer verkaufen zu können. Der Umgang mit dem Kunden ist insgesamt unkoordiniert, intransparent und zeitraubend.

Have ordered shoes from the site over a week ago now.
Have looked at the tracking info on the shipping site and the shoes never reached the uk and have been returned back to the tyr warehouse this is due to them not including an invoice!!
They are now not responding to any emails or messages and I’m in limbo.
