Scam. Ordered from their website and product never delivered. After weeks of waiting I did receive a bulk email explaining problems with their delivery service. That was 3 months ago. Still nothing. Multiple emails to them were never responded to. Don’t waste your money or time.

Twisted Beast, an American shopping online, is legitimately the safest I’ve felt ordering their products. Other sites, whether European or American, just almost always look out of date. Not to mention; Lack of stock, lack of variety, and lack of customer support.

Twisted Beast delivers excellence in a little glass vial. Over the 3 years I’ve been buying, I have only had maybe…2 defective seals out of the dozens+ over ordered. Worst case scenario? Pick up a lid with exhausts to swap the cap out for ease of access and to protect from potential chemical burns.

And when I mean variety? Shoot, they have hundreds to choose from and have safer formulations than America generally has too. I can’t recommend them enough, especially after they just recently changed shipping companies! Before I’d usually have to wait about a week, but my last order came from Europe to Missouri USA in 2. TWO! I didn’t even pay for expedited shipping!

10 out of 5 stars. If you’re reading this, bookmark their page and make an account so you get their promo emails. They also have incredible deals and sales. If you’re familiar with their merchandise, then I promise you won’t regret it. Just stay safe during use and know when to take breaks.

I ordered 2 bottles on Saturday the 4th, and had it delivered Tuesday the 7th, actually less than 72 hours, from some town in England to Dallas, Texas. The packaging is the best I have ever seen. The bottles have an extra tight cap system, and then individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then a sealed plastic pouch, and then a cardboard box. Not only was there zero leakage, but not a whiff of smell from the box. Very impressive.

I’ve ordered from Twisted Beast in the UK multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding. My latest order arrived in Texas via FedEx in just 2–3 days, perfectly packaged with no leaks, spills, or damaged products. On the rare occasions a shipment was lost or arrived damaged, their customer service replaced it immediately without any hassle. They genuinely care about their customers, are incredibly friendly and responsive, and their products are second to none. Everything I’ve purchased has worked exactly as promised and made every experience exceptional. Twisted Beast has earned my loyalty—they’re simply the best.

My experience with their customer service was awesome. I had a shipment delay and Twisted Beast's staff allowed it to be reshipped at no cost to me. I have found no other company willing to do that in the past. Keep up the great work.

I ordered on Sunday and received friday in the united states. I was able to track every step of the way. very impressed.

I sent an email to Twisted Beast and gave them 24 hours to reply about wrong items shipped with my order. After not receiving a reply, I left a one-star rating on Trustpilot.
I didn't know that Twisted Beast did not receive the email within those 24 hours.

In the end the company did ship out all the correct items with no charge and was very helpful.
I have ordered another shipment since that time which was delivered promptly with no problems.

I always order at least 3 different ones, because usually only one works. F.a.G. seems like the only one that's guaranteed. I stuck with them because at least when i paid them it came right off my card and i got my delivery in under a week. I've learned they're Horrible at maintaining contact with customers.
Just had to have an order reshipped due to an issue on their end, and it's an issue I deal with since I own my own Laboratory and have been in R&D since college. Tried to tell them how to fix it. Got a snarky know it all response saying they're getting it fixed, meanwhile I could have told them exactly what the issue is since it's been delayed in customs almost 3 days now and at 5, it'll get sent back to them.
Either way if it comes, I'm probably not using it or buying more. This has soured me on the whole company. I'll just go back to synthesizing my own since I already have the reagents on hand.

All of my experiences with TB have been without issue. I've enjoyed all products purchased ;-) including underwear. Delivery is fast and I love that they can deliver to the US.
I am a very vocal supporter of TB with all my mates.

This is a scam I ordered on April 30th and as of May 21, I have NOT received the products I ordered be a buyer beware this company is fraudulent and does not answer emails furthermore the tracking system is bogus. The company will give you excuses such as you purchased during their birthday event that they had problems with a delivery company and that they have a new company and that you will get your order as soon as possible like I said let the buyer beware.

Every time I’ve ordered from TB they are always well packaged and completely discreet. I have had no instance where I was dissatisfied with their customer service, they’re quick to reply to messages no matter what platform you send messages on.
The quality of their products are highly rated in my opinion and always look forward to new products/sizes.
Loved every single purchase so far and cannot wait to see what they cook up next.

Retrieving toy customer from EU. I appreciate the softness and the right dimension:not too tall if you like stretch without disturbing the 2nd ring, and a wide range of toys to choose from, when you want more stimulation. Everything may be stimulated at the same time in different ways using the soft, and satisfying, material of the toys. Come on, be open, stimulated and satisfied, guaranteed.

Excellent company, locally grown toys is what I like. These are definitely on the more extreme side which can be fun, just pace yourself. Only minor criticisms I'd have are 1, the tooling marks still show up on the toys which isn't bad per say, just something that would bump it up a notch; and 2, the release agent they use on the moulds takes a lot of hot water and dish soap to remove.

Great shop, great quality (toys, pp, shirts, rubber and great service! Fast shipping. No complaints at all. Well, one… too bad they don’t sell the logo t-shirt anymore. ;)

Ordering from the website was great, simple and easy. They had really great filters to find the type of bottle I'd like. Shipping to New Zealand was fast and items were well packaged too. I had a small issue with my order which was handled so bloody well, twistedbeast absolutely went above and beyond. Honestly I can't say enough good things here, I'm so bloody impressed.
