Family owned business since 2005 We also sell on eBay (check out our feedback) Our warehouse is located in Fillmore NY and we carry a wide variety of designer style affordable brands Our Pleaser line is shipped directly from the Pleaser warehouse out of CA and we use Fed Ex to ship those item. ~PLEASE NOTE~ We do not track Pleaser inventory. We include all sizes and colors. If item is out of stock you will be notified and a refund sent upon your approval! If you have concerns PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE you place your order. Accurate
When I asked for an adjusted ETA due to the way Covid has been slowing things down I was told two weeks. Two weeks TO THE DAY the item was shipped and even arrived a day earlier than the estimated shipping time. Very impressed with the accuracy and integrity to stick to the promised amount of processing time.

By far the sweetest boots I've ever owned. I thought these would look like Doc Martin's...they are much chunkier and way cooler!! Love these boots!!!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, helping with fit which was important since the boots were for a photoshoot, and I couldn't guess how they might fit when I wouldn't see the model until the shoot. But it worked out. Will definitely check here first for the next shoot.
