Great Company, used them for years and customer service has always been fab!

Terrible customer service experience
I’ve been buying their supplements for years. Decided to try a consultation with them to see what might help some newer conditions I have and whether I might be better off with less or different products overall.
First the booking system didn’t work but when I called Charles seemed eager to rectify this and offer a consultation immediately.
It was a most unplesant experience. Not once did he ask what I wished to focus on he just “started at the top of the list” from my consult form that I emailed to him. He proceeded to get angry if I spoke, telling me off and (despite my having had one of my conditions for 38 years) told me if I think I “know more about it than me maybe you should give me a consultation” I simply tried to say I have a healthy fish and veg diet. I mentioned 3 times the main reason I wanted the consult but was ignored and spoken over whenever I spoke. Again I was told “you think you know more than me and tbh we have this problem with most ppl who call us”. He reminded me it was a “free” 15 minute consultation. I reminded him that just because it’s free doesn’t give him the right to be offensive or rude. I had already told him I grew up with a grandfather and uncle who taught herbal medicine at the start of the call and that I’ve practiced other therapies he then listed of his ancestral connections which I thought at first might have been a nice commonality we had but I now see as him being competitive. It was impossible to get a consultation with him. I found his communication style to be anything but conducive to any kind of customer facing job snd requested several times to speak to a different person. I found him to be brash and impolite condescending with an ego that seemed outraged that I might wish to be part of my own consultation. The experience has left me really unsure as to whether to continue to buy their products and book another consultation as all I was offered from this one was to be told that fybromyalgia is acid in the joints and a healthy diet would help. 😳 that’s literally it. I was interested in finding out if they can help with menopause and bloating. Really don’t think that man should be talking to anyone about their health until he has some training regarding how to communicate with humans in a healthy way.

I have had multiple products from twenty first century herbs. Not only have the products being excellent, they are sent expeditiously. Additionally, any experiences with their customer service have been excellent, too. Many companies could learn from the service they provide. Couldn’t recommend them any higher.

So grateful for TFCH! The rhubarb complex is the best for bloating!
Reading other peoples reviews I can’t actually believe them…. Why would anyone wait a month before querying an order. Doesn’t make sense. I’ve never had a problem with delivery! Always get them within a few days of ordering!

Shambles of a company.
Admittedly tablets were okay, although have found a much better purer product. Delivered 1st okay, 2nd had to ring and chase, 3rd didn't arrive....two weeks still nothing so we cancelled much to the disgust of one so called emplyee, rude aggressive saying it was our fault not theirs.then took out another double payment after we cancelled order. Had to get trading standards involved and get bank to retrieve our money.
Conversation with trading standards revealed this is an ongoing problem with this particular organisation.

I've been taking rhubarb complex for a few years now with breaks in-between. These work well for me with my bloating and ibs. I also take the probiotics. I'm going to order the peppermint capsules as have read good reviews. I would recommend. Always arrive promptly and answer any questions you might have.

What's great about twenty first century herbs?
I have been using my supplements for a while now, over two years. I mainly use rhubarb complex. I have found this more helpful than anything else I have tried and I have tried lots of things to manage my symptoms.

I love the subscription service which can be managed online via your account to suit you needs, which is really helpful.

You can set the frequency to your needs. It's doesn't have to be every month.

I have also contacted directly previously through a message service to pause or change a product. I always had a super quick response and my request was always dealt with professionally and promptly.

What I love about the the products, of course we are all different but for me they do what they they say.
They have made such a huge difference in my ability to manage uncomfortable and painful symptoms and bloating. Over the years nothing else has worked as well as these have for me.

In my experience they don't push sales to you, if you request to pause or cancel anytime the request is dealt with promptly and professionally and no one ever pushes you in to buying anything else.

I will always come back here to look for my suppliments first. The quality of products and service all round, in my experience is always excellent.

Super handy to have exactly what you need posted directly. Packing is quality that keeps your products, clean and fresh.

Just a tip for you, if like me you have trouble swallowing capsules, take with a thicker liquid, like milk or yogurt drink. It really does help. I made the mistake of opening a capsule into water - I don't recommend it.

All round I am very happy with my products, the service I have reviewed. I am not surprised at all they are able to maintain such a good star rating.

Been getting rhubarb complex now for both my husband and I for a while and find them amazing, helps with bloating ms general gut health. Don’t feel so sluggish!
Easy website to use and really quick delivery.

I have had Rhubarb Complex for a couple of years now and thoroughly recommend it! I suffered quite a lot with constipation even though I was quite fit and well and eating plenty of fruit and veg etc., but I still seemed to suffer.........until I discovered Rhubarb Complex - I don't have it every day but 3/4 times a week and I feel so much better, not bloated, no painful tummy ache and I just feel......lighter!!

I tried the Rhubarb complex and the stronger version for a couple of months but unfortunately with the amount of meds i am on at the moment I could not notice any improvement which is no way linked to the capsules. Its due to the high med doses. I can not comment on the effectiveness of them for that reason, but the customer service i have received previously for a couple of changes, has been dealt with quickly and efficiently and fuss free. I would definitely try the capsules again when my meds change. I like to support my local small businesses and this is most certainly a reliable and trustworthy brand.

The Lungwort really helped me with my breathing problems been using these for a while, but i had to come of them just before my Cancer operation, Now I'm in recovery I have gone back on them, I have to let them get back into my system well worth the money.

I buy products from TCH and another company as no one company sells everything I want. I regularly buy the Lungwort Complex and recently bought the Bee Pollen Complex and Magnesium Citrate. In the past I have trialled the Rhubarb Complex and bought the pure Veg Capsules & EPA.
Very happy with all products ordered. Would recommend to others.
