Thames Valley Window Company Anmeldelser

Great experience lovely people

TVW put new doors and windows in at the back of our house. We are really pleased with the finished look. They were competitively priced and we couldn't be happier with how they look

Basically they delivered what they promised, their staff were very friendly and did a great job

Great product good service it would of been 5 star but the work man left rubbish after finishing in a couple of rooms

Good team. Perfect installation of top products.

Good service and follow up

The company is both friendly and professional. They did an excellent job, the windows are good quality and professionally installed and they kept me informed at each step. I just wish I had used them for the replacement windows I had fitted 5 years ago by a far inferior company.

Everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Before the carpet could be fitted we needed a repair to the floor boards. TVCF recommended a carpenter who was able to mend the floor and who later came back to adjust the doors.
Carpet fitters on the day worked solidly all day, to bring the original 2 day schedule into just one day.

Excellent quality windows which were fitted by a highly skilled team.

Excellent product and service.

A great experience and windows installed to a professional standard.

Thames Valley Window provides a very good experience from start to finish. Like the fact that the price is the price and no extras later on in the process. No quibble with any issues.

And the windows are great.

We were very pleased with the service delivered by TVW from initial enquiry, through design, planning permission and subsequent installation.
TVW Designer provided a single point of contact throughout the project bringing together all the many parties involved in the delivery.
All of these parties were professional, timely and tried to limit the inevitable disruption as much as possible. We are very happy with the new Orangery, windows and patio.

We chose Thames Valley Windows because they are resellers for Solarlux bifold doors and local to us. Their approach was both professional and courteous. The installation team call for special mention. Installation involved removing a stub wall and making good the plaster work. The installers were careful, considerate. They took a great deal of care so as to minimise the disruption and overall did an excellent job.
We are absolutely delighted with our new windows.

We first saw the windows in a Google image search on the manufacturers website (Everglades) and TVwindows were listed as installers for Surrey. We were replacing a mixture of original Crittal windows and 1970's aluminium windows and really liked the look of the air heritage windows. We found the sales process very easy and when we visited your showroom we switched from white to black and we are very happy with that choice.

We removed secondary glazing as part of the project and used acoustic glass in the new windows. This has worked really well in reducing the noise of passing traffic and making the rooms feel peaceful indoors.

The installation process went smoothly and your obviously loyal and long serving staff made us feel very content with the installation and snagging.

Thanks for the photos!

Delighted with our new windows. Changing the design slightly as suggested has really brought the two different styles of our home together, wish we had thought of this sooner! TVW continue to be very friendly & easy to deal with, from office & sales staff right through to surveyors and fitters. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my windows and doors.

Professional, knowledgeable, highly experienced and reliable - from sales to install and after-sales support, we'd had great experience and would highly recommend the company. Thanks TV windows!

We chose Solarlux bifold doors after seeing it at the self-build exhibition. Solarlux also allowed us to have much higher doors made (at 2.4m high) which we were seeking. On top of this the build quality of these doors is fantastic with a 20 year warrantee via TVW. TVA were the main suppliers so we were keen to work with the team at TVW to get these manufactured and installed by them.
Having then visited the TVW showroom we decided to also use TVW for our two new wooden sash windows as we needed them to also match the doors. A fantastic job on the install as well. Very impressive. On time and budget. Thank you.

The door is beautiful and works well so far. We are very pleased with it. I'm a little unsure about the cost which appears to be double the average price of such a door, but it is quality so I suppose we should have expected to pay more. Overall, we're happy.
