A reliable and affordable range of products.
The site is easy to use and carries an array of designs. I've always bought plain designs for the backdoor, just inside the front door and for the doormat. They last a long time and when the rubber backing starts to flake, I renew them though you could move them to a lesser used area of the house!

Not had this problem before
Lovely combination of colours. Unfortunately, I cannot wash this mat properly in my washing machine as the spin section of the wash is unable to remove enough water and leaves it sopping wet which means I cannot get it dried. So pretty useless as a washable mat really.
Any advice?

I can see the mat you purchased was a 40x60cm size, this is suitable for washing in the washing machine at 40°C and at a spin of up to 1200. You can also tumble dry on low heat.

Unfortunately although I've been very pleased with previous Turtle Mats, this one is not quite the right size! It's about 1cm too wide - with a larger border on one side.... and so doesn't fit the gap! My husband is going to have to cut some off

Feet wiping is important here in wet Wales .These are stylish, practical and effective doormats. They look good against our grey sandstone slabs and they do the job well. Excellent if pricey product,

Not 100%
Despite having read the reviews about the colour I was prepared to give it the benefit of doubt and ordered a fawn coloured turtle Matt only to find the when it arrived it is brown!
This only makes me think that there is no standard for the QC team to follow or you continuously disregard all feedback.
I am and have been a turtle mat loyal customer. I have always been satisfied in the past.

Not bought new Turtle Mats for over 7 years and found these very disappointing.
Been buying and using Turtle Mats for many years and was very disappointed Ted with weight and quality of the 2 new ones I have just purchased. The are much lighter in weight and seem to be far less absorbent than my older mats They also move around on my flooring much more than my older mats.

Get ready to start work with the vacuum
These are good mats we now have eight of them. However this new one is another 2 metre long one, but the very significant amount of fluff I have had to vacuum out of it is ridiculous. For a customer purchasing a £150.00 mat then having to do so much work before using it is NOT good. I don’t remember having this problem before.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your mat.
New mats can have excess lint to start with, but they tend to settle down once they've had a bit of wear. We recommend washing our mats before use and that you lift and launder them monthly. The initial wash will usually help to remove the excess lint.
