Excellent quality and machine washable
Great quality product. Bought one previously for the back door. Highly recommended. Machine washing doesn’t affect the products look and performance.

A nice mat and good that it is washable as in a kitchen area. Quite pricey for what it is but time will tell if the investment as been worth it.

These are great products. Wash really well and dry quickly. With 2 dogs - essential for catching the dirt and water they bring as gifts.

Colour ordered is not colour received
We have had Turtle mats for some years and are very pleased with their performance. Our recent order for four Mats at a total cost of £450.80 was delivered efficiently within 2 days but the colour is a big disappointment. We ordered Rosehip in Forest Green and received Rosehip in a Blue Sage. Why?This wasn't even a colour offered. No confidence that sending them back and receiving correct colour will work. It all seemed to be so promising but hard to recommend the product when the colour is wrong.

I bought the striped grey Matt for my door and its awful, looks like a bath matt, no matter who I asked, they said the same, had to remove and wont be able to use which is a shame as it was not cheap

Perfect for LVT flooring!
We brought 3 mats to lay on our new LVT flooring as recommended by the man who laid our flooring. He recommended Turtle mats due to many of them being made with latex rather than rubber which reacts negate to LVT. We ordered mats for our front and back door and one to use as a Pet mat to place our cat’s food and water bowls on. We are delighted with them! They definitely need to be washed before use to remove the loose pile. Our only criticism would be that we wish there had been more choice for pets and thdt there were smaller pet mats to be used as we have for food and water bowls. Otherwise they look stylish, don’t move about and hold grime and water well. It’s fab thdt they can be popped into the washing machine and cleaned.

Colour not as led to expect
No complaints with quality of mat or its dispatch. But the colour is NOT as shown or described in words on the website: it's not the proper 'brown' we expected, it has a distinctly pinky tone. We're returning it, and are not happy at having to pay postage for an item that's not as we were led to expect.
