Such a great and fun gift. Bought it for a hard to buy for friend.
So happy with the end result

I had 3 pictures done. I one my sister's last fur baby Captain and i had this company put him in the captain frame and it was a perfect remembrance and 2 of brothers both of whom loved and laughed at their kingly qualities.... The quality and the ability to work with this company was above and beyond all expectations even when a picture was lost and they found it again for me... just amazing

I thought I had ordered the portrait and after not hearing from this company for 3 weeks I contacted them to see about my order and was told I ordered the digital. The company responded 3 days later that they would change my order to the portrait once I decided on the size and would bill me an additional charge which would be an additional 60 dollars . I emailed them as soon as I got there response on the same day that I would pay for the difference . This is a Christmas present. I have not heard back. 3 days later I get a notice that the digital is soon to be shipped. Poor customer service. Slow response to emails. Confusing ordering practices. Waist of money .

Neither person looked like the individual pictured. The females hair was too poofy and formal for a shield maiden! Didn’t realize it was AI or I never would’ve paid for it.

I was so excited when I was sent the preview I accidentally purchased the download of the photo instead of the print. After many emails, I eventually purchased the canvas print. And it looks fantastic. I can't wait to show my Husband at Christmas. Highly reccomend!!

I purchased a portrait but mistakenly ordered digital. Eleanor helped me upgrade to a canvas effortlessly. The design team did so great that I definitely wanted a canvas. Thanks again to everyone at Turn Me Royal.

I needed help with my order so I emailed them. To my surprise, they answered me within a few hours. They fixed my order and then shipped it out ASAP. I can wait until I can give the picture to my friend!

My mom was misled on whether an artist would be creating this work- as it uses AI. My mom has been attempting to receive a refund for three weeks now, and they keep avoiding the topic. Their customer service sucks- DO NOT USE THEM.

The art was beautiful Wading thruough your pricing structure totally suucked and was annoying. But the framed print was really good and of gift quality.

Hi, well I had ordered 3 canvases..
For my luck my son is upset with me and didn't accept my gifts. My second one was for my boss, he liked it but opened while wife was present. He didn't do a video. My last one if for my daughter and haven't receive it yet. I will let you know. Thankyou

I placed my order, approved my image and the download link they provided did not work. I have sent several emails, texts over the past 12 hours and no response. I need my image for an event in a couple of days and it is just crickets from this vendor. I am extremely upset and do not recommend this vendor at all.

I was not satisfied with one of the pictures and and you were good enough and understand enough to revise that for me. Thank you so much.

The support team was very accommodating in response to my alterations to the original design. I am looking forward to receiving my Galactic Portrait.

After getting my shipping address fixed by support, everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly to a 77 year old.

Wrong picture was sent. Someone else must have received our photos and we received theirs. Emailed multiple times and won’t
Respond.

I’ve ordered from turn me royal twice now. They do such a great job and the shipping is quick. My family loves the finished product!

20 days and I still don’t have my husband’s birthday present. 5 days since I started pestering them about a shipping date/update. While the digital image is very cool, means nothing without the actual gift. Lack of communication is infuriating. I’m guessing their recent promotion maybe overwhelmed them a bit. Customer service is hard! I know. I have a company with hundreds of clients, and employees who handle customer service. But all they need to do is manage client/customer expectations; communication is key. No one likes to be ignored. No one likes to purchase something way in advance, only to have it not arrive in time….. for a birthday. You can have an awesome product, but if you can’t get it TO the customer, it doesn’t matter. I’m hoping they’ll figure out their bottleneck in logistics. Fingers crossed. The product itself is probably great! And for the very detail oriented, it’s 17 days if I don’t count Sundays.
