Turners Property Anmeldelser

Lawrence and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish and I can't recommend him and Turners highly enough. We saw many agents when we were considering listing but of them all Lawrence was the most personable, passionate and knowledgeable. Wendy was also fantastic in sales progression and Emma was always pleasant and capable when I called in. Always on hand to help and a place that really care about your experience as well as selling the house quickly and at a good price, I can't recommend contacting Lawrence and Turners highly enough.

Had an offer accepted on a house. We were over the moon. We Were then left in the dark for around 10 weeks whilst the seller found something (we was fine with that) we chased fortnightly to be told they still haven’t found anything. And then got a phone call to say they are pulling out because they can’t find anything to buy. We was obviously upset but we understood. Turners promised to contact us regularly with any houses that come up around the area or change of plans to the house we were buying. 8 weeks later back on right move at £20,000 more!!! Not one single phone call to let us know about houses or that one was being made available again but at a higher price! Found an amazing estate agents now that is actually helping us find a house!!

Top service.
Bought a buy to let through Turner's. Wendy was outstanding. Always kept me up to date with progress. As stress free purchase as it possible to have.

Decided to use Turner's to manage the let: Emma was very professional. As a first time landlord, Emma helped me through all the pitfalls. I felt in really safe hands.

Thoroughly recommend the company.

We are very pleased with the amazing support we received from Emma and her team.

They went far and beyond by going the extra mile to deliver the work they promised and better to than what was planned despite they were facing all sort of challenges due to the lockdown.

Well done and would highly recommend their agency.

I recently had my property on the market with Turners Property and I cannot thank them enough for the service I have received. I have decided to take my property off of the market due to personal reasons however I would highly recommend anyone in the area thinking of selling to go to Turners! Scott, George and all the team are really approachable, knowledgeable but most of all honest. They were very proactive in trying to sell my property and the communication throughout was excellent. I will be recommending them to anyone I can. I think it is really important to have a reliable and helpful estate agent to support you through a very stressful time. Turners is definitely the one to choose.

Turners sold our property in Hamworthy having initially given a good assessment of what the market was doing and together we agreed a suitable asking price. The service to take photos, take floor plan and get the property listed was all undertaken quickly and professionally and subsequent viewings were handled well by the team and feedback was provided on each viewing.

Once sold, Turners were on top of checking purchasers credentials and also constantly checking the chain situation to keep everyone in the loop and finally everything was completed in a time frame to suit all parties.

The team have always been available to take calls and quick to respond on queries and have been helpful throughout.

I would recommend Turners to anyone selling their property locally.

Very impressed with Turners. From the very start Scott, Lawrence, George, Wendy and Claire were so helpful and efficient in selling our house and were very professional and friendly. They communicated with us at every stage and promptly after every viewing. Highly recommend Turners.

After inviting out a number of agents to advise of the sale of my property - Turners were head and shoulders above the rest. I had Lawrence, Scott and Wendy at Tuners help throughout the whole process and would fully recommend them over any other agent in the near area. 10/10

Excellent company that’s stands out from others in the levels of service provided, efficiency and professionalism. Turners sold our house for over asking price within 48 hours of going to market! Lawrence is very professional, communicative and reliable...a real asset to the company. I would use Turners again without hesitation and would strongly recommend them.

I had Lawrence as my agent and couldn't fault him at all , very professional, friendly and kept me updated and a very quick sale on my house, would recommend turners to anyone.

The worst Estate Agents I’ve ever known. There was very little communication unless I phoned them. Because my solicitor made phone calls to Turners my legal bill was higher than it should have been. Turners did not deserve the commission charged. Would not recommend them to anyone

Turners have managed my property for me for several years now and help guide me through all aspects for the rental market and management needs. I have to say I have never been anything less than100% satisfied with their service and attention to detail. Scott, Claire and Emma are always friendly, approachable, professional and above all available and quick to respond. Property inspections are always done promptly and the reports are extremely useful. When re-letting their feedback and advice is well guided. It's good to know my property is in such safe hands. Thank you Turners.

Right from the beginning the guys we dealt with at Turners were first class, returning calls as promised, spit on time keeping and going out of their way to help us get moved into a property in no time at all. I can highly recommend this company. Fantastic job guys keep it up.

Scott and his amazing team were very helpful, they are personable, professional, caring, patient and knowledgeable.

They made the process of selling our property as easy as possible. Nothing felt to much trouble for the team.

I would highly recommend them to sell your property and I would not hesitate to use Scott and his team again.

Truly a fantastic agent to deal with. Friendly and always on hand to help. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I cannot state enough the amazing help, caring staff, compassion and all round input from the whole team at Turners. What an amazing organisation! Thank you.

Although at this stage it may be premature, prior to the house being let...so far the response to requests has been prompt & informative!
May it continue thro' the letting process & beyond!!

I have had properties in Poole managed by Turners for almost 10 years now and have always found them to be very good. They are a small team providing individual property management services which I prefer compared to the approach of some of the large nationwide estate agents.
Thanks again
Peter

Lovely team! Everyone worked hard to complete our sale and went above and beyond to help us. I couldn’t be happier with the friendly service.

They are very friendly honest and helpful.
