Fatimah’s customer service is fantastic!
Fatimah has been incredibly patient, friendly, and understanding throughout my experience with National Debt Relief. I was going through a difficult situation after losing my income, and she took time to understand what I was dealing with and made me feel at ease about taking steps to manage my debt.

From despair to relief...
Several years back I had a bad experience with another debt relief company. It was a nightmare. When Adam Drake from TurboDebt called, we discussed my hesitation. He professionally addressed all my concerns and helped me set up a program I'm confident will work. Dealing with urgent medical and credit card debt which I had tried to finance, turned out to be a predator lender. Worried sick as to how I'd handle the payments, Adam and TurboDebt came to my aid.

Unprofessional
On 8/19/2026, I talked to three separate people from your company and two out of the three hung up in my face! One person that I did speak with was unable to understand my request and that’s unfortunately/sad that this company hangs up in the face of customers, nor do they have professionally trained staff. Therefore, it is a representation of poor customer service. Having said that, at this time I choose to no longer deal with your company. Additionally, I’m asking for your company to erase all of my information from your database. Also, going forward, I am no longer asking for your assistance. I don't need any more dealings with your company.
