Unprofessional behavior by agent.
Calling into headquarters to file a complaint because representative Jonathon was extremely rude, condescending, impatient, and tried to speak over me repeatedly. I went online to check reviews and was disappointed so hung up on him. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Not to be trusted.
