And they really are wonderful—because if it weren’t for them, I’d probably still just be watching videos online instead of making rugs myself. 🤷‍♀️

I had a great experience with this shop! The team was very kind and helpful, especially when I had some issues during the shipping process — they were always responsive and supported me through it. The products are really good quality, and they even added some extra pieces of Monks Cloth to my order. I truly appreciate their customer service and will definitely order again!

Když jsem před víkendem kontaktoval firmu s dotazem ohledně poškození pistole kvůli pádu, dostala se mi příjemná a pohotová péče i v průběhu víkendu. Skvělá, rychlá a milá komunikace ze strany majitele. Ušetřili mi spoustu tisíc na novou pistoli. Mohu vřele doporučit:)

J’ai eu le grand plaisir d’échanger avec le revendeur de tufty.eu et c’est avec grand plaisir que la personne a répondu à mes questions, bien que je n’ai pas forcément acheté du matériel chez eux. La personne a été très réactive (réponse en direct) et tellement courtoise! L’échange a été remarquable, d’une grande utilité, et surtout avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de dévouement . Il n’existe pas beaucoup d’entreprise aussi impliquée dans sa relation clientèle!

Customer service is 100. Saved me from a disaster. After ordering tufting cloth from another company in Europe and having the shipping delayed by over a week I was in a panic to find tufting cloth in time for an event. I sent a message to the Tufty customer service chat and they responded right away and helped to get my order processed and shipped the same day. While I am still waiting for the other company to even respond to my emails.

My experience with tufty.eu is really top notch. Always fast replying to all my questions when i feel lost with something. Prices are really nice. Delivery time is practically unbeatable. I dont have anything negative i could say honestly.

This is a serious business that care about their customers. Glad I took a chance, plus their price are very reasonable.

I needed advice on choosing a tufting gun as I was an absolute beginner. The employee gave me advice on how to choose a tufting gun, gave me some tips to get started and I am happily making rugs.

The prices are very friendly compared to the competition, the employee was very helpful and kind, so far I am extremely happy with the gun. I believe I will order again.

The website looks very appealing with lots of info on the items they sell. The person on the chat answers very quick and accurate. Tip: if the site doesn't send to your country ask him for help, he added Belgium for me in a minute.

Shipment was quick (3 days), the package was neatly and safely wrapped. The items are 100% the same as advertised. Just passen my first evening tufting and everything works perfectly.

This combined with the competitive pricing makes tufty.eu a 10/10 would recommend.
